Do not buy from here!!!

I bought a beautiful female jack Russell from Dogs4us. She was 9 weeks old. I had her 3 weeks when she died unexpectedly. She had had a seizure. She didn’t display any illness previously. I reported it to dogs4us who asked if I could take her so their vet could check her out, assured me it must have been a one off because the rest of the litter was sold and had been fine.
When I went down to see them a few days later I realised they hadn’t sold any of the litter.
The manager then told me I couldn’t have my pup back because burring a dog yourself is illegal and if I wanted her cremated I would have to pay them.
I did get a refund but to be honest that’s not the point, we have been uttley traumatised by this experience. No one expects to loose a 12 week old pup!

Awful place

Awful place. A company that refuses to accept any feedback or negative comment but instead attempts to pretend that you've never been inside. I've been before and drive past every day, can't wait until it's closed, what misery!

Horrible conditions for puppies and the staff are lacking in knowledge and understanding, clearly to be letting them live in those conditions.

Posted a genuine comment as I was so disgusted - on Google originally and the first line of their reply just shows their lack of professionalism.

Unacceptable conditions for…

Unacceptable conditions for exceptionally small, scared pups. Dogs without water, left in their own filth with children running up and down the corridor, banging on the glass left completely unattended. I urge any responsible would-be dog owner to seek an ethical alternative; this place is not a place for animal lovers.

Sick pups sold here

They sell sick puppies from puppy farms, taken away from mums too soon.
I support #Lucyslaw. Always ask #wheresmum when buying a puppy

Awful company, it should be shut down

In my opinion this is an Awful place! The puppies come from puppy farms, because No self respecting Registered breeder would take their puppies away from their mum at such crucial age of health & development, and ship them half way across the country & have them sit helplessly up against a glass screen, in a place, where "celeb pics" are used to entice you into buying them.
& when this company gets truthful reviews that they dislike, they attempt to either call people " keyboard warriors" or almost magically a 5 star review appears ?
RSPCA stated in a article that was in conection with "Dogs 4 Us" that they "Recommend viewing puppies with their mothers, at Dogs 4 Us this is not possible" and that people should look for registered breeders, when rehoming a puppy.
Puppy farmers don't use kennel club because they ensure the welfare of the mothers by resistricting how many litters can be registered a year and as far as inter breeding, dogs have been around for thousands of years,I think at some point all blood lines have crossed by now. The kennel club on the other hand, is committed to preventing this,& also testing can be done, to monitor inherited disorders and is registered on the puppies documents for you to see.

Dogs should not be advertised as a the newest "Celeb Accessory", They Are Companions in Life.
