We adopted our dog 4 months ago from the Dog's Trust in Cardiff.
The staff were really helpful, providing us several opportunities to meet him but still the process was quick. We were told a bit about his background and any behaviour they noticed in kennels.
Since we took him home we've had contact with the behaviourists to deal with some of his anxiety that relates to his first home.
We love him so much and we are grateful for the ongoing support from the Dog's Trust.

The staff at Shoreham rehoming centre both in the reception area and the dog handling team are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The adoption of my dog Purdy was handled very efficiently with lots of good advice and ongoing support, if needed. It is quite obvious that the well being of the dogs whilst in their care and the continuing connection they have with them when in their forever homes is of utmost importance.

What an amazing place! All of the staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you find your perfect match. We brought Maisie and Rocky home on Saturday and they’ve been such a light in our life in the short time we’ve had them. They’re very vocal loving dogs and we are so thankful for dogs trust helping us with the process. To Beth, you was absolutely amazing. Thank you for matching us with our Babies. Apologise but I can’t remember the names, but the young man with glasses who trains the dogs was super informative, he made sure we knew everything we needed to and helped us so much with his knowledge. And to the lady with the curly hair (so sorry I can’t remember your name!) you was amazing and letting us run around in your ‘telly tubby’ field was such a nice touch - it meant we spent time with the dogs alone before taking them home and I feel this helped us bond with them even more before bringing them home. The girls behind reception are amazing, smiley and can’t do enough. The rescue is clean, tidy, and the dogs have spacious kennels and are constantly monitored which was so nice to see. Spoke with the post adoption team today and they was lovely, also passed me on to behaviour team as they get a little crazy and chaotic when shown the harness so trying to get that under wraps! 😂 they gave amazing advice which we can’t wait to try and see there progression. Overall an amazing experience with dogs trust Cardiff and I’d recommend to anyone to rescue a dog and give them their forever home, it’s the best thing you do. Our hearts are full🤍❤️🥰

After choosing four dogs whom were a lot bigger , were to strong for us to handle , with your help especially Ben at Evesham introduced us to blossom a Jack Russell, so after deciding to down size she’s perfect and settled in great

The experience with Dogs Trust Kenilworth has been a very positive one. All the staff I met were helpful and friendly and the process pre-adoption was thorough with training 1 -2 -1 for potential challenges. I have all of the information available to help my adopted dog adjust to his new life.

first contact was great, adoption was great too, sadly after adoption when asking a simple question I got a lecture back, As a very experienced dog owner I found that unnecessary and quite rude.
The lecture advice was also incorrect and way off the mark.

Dogs Trust and especially dogs Trust Cumbria have made our adoption of POPPY a special and happy experience from the start of our journey to the meeting and adoption of our little Jack Russell.
The telephone centre helped us with advice and information when we needed it.
Dogs Trust Cumbria and the staff were excellent and we saw the love and care they gave to all of the dogs in their care.
We now have Poppy who has settled in very well with us and we love her so much.
Thank you to all at Dogs Trust and to Dogs Trust Cumbria also to the Foster Carer for their dedicated work in finding homes for our lovely furry friends.
