We live outside the area where we'd seen a dog but the home was really helpful as to how we could make the adoption happen. The meet and greet was really successful and we we're given a thorough history, tips and advice from staff. The whole experience was so amazing and not stressful at all.

The staff were amazing and very helpful as well and made sure we knew everything before adopting our new dog (Damson) she is an absolute joy . So we’d like to take our time to thank the very kind staff and Damsons handler Caitlin at the Darlington dogs trust we can’t thank you enough for the absolute happy and joyful dog we adopted.

4 months now since we adopted a German shepherd cross from the Dogstrust and the experience has been fantastic. We adore our beautiful new dog and the support from the Dogstrust is ongoing and superb. We will never get a dog from anywhere else now. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We rehomed a beautiful little smooth fox terrier from West Calder at the beginning of May - the team were so lovely to deal with, they answered all our questions and ensured we were fully equipped to offer our new dog the best possible start. The West Calder site will be gorgeous when the works are completed, well worth a visit. 5 star!

From the initial contact with dogs trust, they listened to what I wanted and paired me with my lovely Rose. The process was so thorough and they eased me into rehoming my new girl. Thank you all so much, especially Lizzie and Gemma at Harefield.

I applied for a pug to adopt named Artie at the Evesham centre the whole process was very smooth i cannot fault Jane who works at that branch she was very helpful in helping me secure Artie as my furry friend I brought my current dog along to meet him and it went very well within a week I brought him home today Artie is settling well into the family home I would like to thank the Evesham staff for the care they gave Artie ensuring he was healthy to come home. He will be well looked after and will have a good home.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Lots of support . Found the perfect match aided by all the handover information given. I'd definitely recommend going for a visit instead of just looking online. George (our adoptee) wasn't on the website when we went as his assessments were complete, but the staff gave us all the information they had. The whole process took a week from first visit to taking George home. He's not our first adoption from Dogs Trust, they are just brilliant!

We recently adopted our dog from Merseyside dog trust. When we first arrived we were greeted warmly and explained how the centre is run. We found our dog and they were very informative about her then we met her. We agreed we wanted her. The staff went through everything. Day of adoption again friendly happy staff. We'd definitely recommend here.
