I am very satisfied so far with the service I have received to-date . However, I am waiting on a response to enable me to move forward with the next step towards our journey later in the year.

MY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED AND THE FLIGHT IS NOT CONFIRMED, NEITHER RECEIVED A MAIL OR MESSAGE OR A REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE BOOKING.ABSOLUTELY STUCK IN BETWEEN.

They state:
If your flight faces delays or gets cancelled, Dohop's ConnectSure ensures you reach your destination smoothly and without any extra cost to you.
We handle the logistics; you enjoy the peace of mind.
None of this is true on a overbooked flight!
We faced an overbooked flight, Dohop was not reachable on phone was in a phone queue for more then 40 minutes. I had too book alternative flight. made extra 1500 euro costs to get home, i did not even get the phone cost back. I was not helped en had to make all the new bookings myself.
Thank you for doing nothing Dohop!

This is a scam organisation that somehow intercepts bookings on easyjet and then charges a hidden fee that you only find out about once you have paid for the transaction and you get a confirmation from this organisation that you had no idea until that point you were contracting with.
Following my review, DoHop responded and had the affrontery to make the following statements:
"1. When you search on easyJet.com for a route with no direct flights, you are intentionally redirected to the official Flight Connections platform at:
.......flightconnections..easyjet..com"
When they say 'intentionally' rest assured that the intention is not yours, but theirs. To the unsuspecting traveller, you are continuing your booking with Easyjet, everything is in Easyjet orange, Easyjet font, Easyjet look and feel, and the only sign you have moved across to a completely different platform is the change of URL in the address bar. This is nothing less than fraudulent misrepresentation and I have not finished dealing with this scam outfit yet.
Their second statement was
"2. Once you land on that site, the booking process falls under Dohop’s Terms & Conditions, which outline our right to charge booking and service fees."
Outrageous statement - you would really struggle to spot that you had moved across to a completely different platform. They have taken the art of scamming to a new level.
They then go on to lie, in Para 4, that "Dohop’s fees are shown repeatedly and transparently in the “see price breakdown” before payment."
You will not see DoHops's fees anywhere (let alone repeatedly) except if you happened to click on the fare breakdown link which sets out all the taxes and other charges that go with any airline ticket. No-one other than the occasional nerd would ever click on that link and there is no transparency whatsoever around DoHops fees. They do nothing at all to draw your attention to the fact that you are contracting with them and incurring fees significantly over and above those that you would incur by making separate bookings for the flights you wish to take.
In Para 6 they say "You must accept the Dohop Terms & Conditions before the booking can be completed. Nothing is added afterward — the price you see before paying is the final price"
Well at least I can't argue with that one. Every time you book a flight with Easyjet you tick a box saying you accept their t's and c's. Has anyone actually read any of that before ticking the box - congratulations if you did - you are in a very very very small minority. The price quoted is indeed what you will pay. There is, however, absolutely nothing whatsoever to indicate that there are any charges comprised in this price other that the usual Easyjet fare (incorporating the usual airline, airport and governmental taxes). However, having clicked the payment button, you will get emails from Easyjet addressing their customer, DoHop, as "Hi DoHop" together with an email from DoHop whom you probably not realise until that point that you had entered a contract with and advising how much money they had solen from you under false pretences.
In their para 7 they say "These steps are part of the legitimate easyJet booking flow. No outside entity is taking over your booking." Plainly a lie, evidenced by the fact that even Easyjet acknowledge that Dohop have stepped into the transaction. This statement is therefore contradicted in black and white (and orange), by Easyjet in the addressing of their own emails.
This is the epitome of a scam outfit, fraudulently intercepting transactions and taking money from unsuspecting travellers, and for providing a 'service' that you didn't know you were getting and that you quite probably didn't want and wouldn't have paid for if you had known about it up front. It seems they have been around a while and it amazes me that they have not been taken down for this scam behaviour before now.

Iris was great. She was the only person able to help me resolve a flight issue caused by EasyJet.
She was friendly and clear about the options available. She even went out of her way to help me look for alternative flights.
Iris is an asset to have at the company.

I booked an itinerary through Dohop that included a self-transfer transit requiring entry into India.
The platform was aware of the passenger’s nationality at the time of booking, yet failed to clearly disclose that an Indian visa would be required to complete the self-transfer.
As a result, the ticket became completely unusable. Despite this being a system-level issue (selling an itinerary that is not legally usable for the passenger), Dohop declined responsibility and referred only to general terms and conditions.
As a travel professional, I find this practice misleading and unsuitable for both individual travelers and agencies. A platform should not offer itineraries that are objectively invalid for a passenger’s nationality without very clear, unavoidable disclosure before payment.
This experience resulted in financial loss, operational disruption, and loss of trust.

Missed my connecting flight due to delays, made a claim with Dohop for the cost of the rebooked flight. Took about a month for claim to get processed but all went smoothly. Good customer service via whatsapp and via email.
Did not need to claim for food or hotel but they double checked this with me when processing my claim. Responded very quickly.

got sent in a never ending loop of almost inteligent customer service robots, and asked to go to "manage my booking" which apparently does not exist, when i asked the bot for a link to the i was sent to a page that responded with 404 page not found

We missed our connecting flight due to a problem with one of the planes (unrelated to Dohop), and our booking company Dohop was able to get us onto a new flight back home for the following morning, and cover us for our hotel stay at the airport for all of our passengers! They even cover meals we had while waiting. They were responsive and helped us when we needed it most, thank you so so much to the team at Dohop!

Absolute scam service. They take all the fees of a middle-man booking agency, but offer zero protection or accountability if anything happens to the flight. They send you directly to the airlines at the end of their reservation process so they can claim "you bought it from the airlines, not us.". My flight was cancelled three hours before departure during Christmas travels. The airline said I had to make the refund request with DoHop because they were booking agency. DoHop said "sorry, you technically bought it from airline." I had to buy an entirely new flight. DoHop is offering to refund me the difference between the two flight's costs, minus 22% tax. This is a joke of a company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

I booked a VietJet flight from Melbourne to Hanoi through the WAYA website ( Dohop). During the booking, I carefully entered my full passport details, including my three-word given name.
WAYA's system, due to a technical error, transferred only the first word of my given name to the airline. My VietJet confirmation arrived with an incorrect, unusable name.
When I contacted WAYA's customer service multiple times (both by phone and email), they gave me the same useless response: "The name change must be done by VietJet." I contacted VietJet directly, and they clearly stated they cannot amend names on bookings made by third-party agents—only WAYA, as the booking agent, can request this.
Now I am stuck in a hopeless limbo. WAYA refuses to take responsibility for their own system's error, and the airline cannot help. Because of WAYA's mistake and their refusal to fix it, I will likely be denied boarding and forced to buy a brand new ticket at the last minute.
This is not a simple inconvenience; it's a scam-like practice that puts the customer's money and travel plans at severe risk. WAYA took my payment but failed to provide a valid ticket.
Final message to travellers: Protect yourself. Book directly with the airline. Avoid WAYA at all costs unless you want to gamble with your hard-earned money and travel plans.
Message to WAYA: You did a terrible job. You created this problem through your faulty system and then abandoned your customer. You do not deserve a single star.

Proactive for proposing support when they detected a risk of flight connexion issue at Gatwick on the way to Lanzarote from Paris.
And then, after having missed my connecting flight at Gatwick, very efficient and quick for handling what I had to pay at Gatwick for taking the next flight to Lanzarote when I contacted them about this.

Very efficient, and so great to have somebody to help, when you need it the most.

I had a conexion secure it with the ConnectSure service of Dohop from Bilbao to Edinburgh via Bristol. My first flight was delay so I lost the flight to Edinburgh and as there wasnt more space in the next flight they offered me to fly to Glasgow. Once there, I booked an Uber to gio to Edinburgh.
I ask for a refund of the tickets to Glasgow and the Uber and I had everything refund in my bank account within 3 days.
I am waiting for a refund of Air Lingus for more that 2 years so the experience with DoHop is really good and I'm very possitively surprise.
