My cologne box came damaged

My cologne box came damaged. It was a box I wanted to use to display multiple requested Dolce Gabana finally they responded with a 10% coupon which I never received nor did I get a replacement box. It looked like the boxes was in the warehouse for 10 years ripped damaged worn.

Extraordinary

The package arrived a few days earlier than expected. The packaging was impressive, from the sleek black box, to the black tissue paper and detail of the black envelope with receipt. The velvet box and the option to engrave initials on the cologne bottle was at another level. I am very pleased with my order.

The quality of Dolce & Gabanna is…TERRIFIC

The quality of Dolce & Gabanna is echoed by their new beauty line. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the items I ordered, including adhering closely to advertised colors and sizes, as well as shipping and packaging class and conservation adherence. Accepted return but no refund given

The worst retail experience I have ever experienced and for a luxury brand, I am highly disappointed. I returned my order because the item was too big. The return was accepted on 13 August 25. It is now 26 September 25 and I have still NOT received my refund.

The customer service team is extremely unhelpful and I continue to receive a "we've received your return order and a refund will be made soon". When I ask for a refund date, I receive the same email!

I also issued a complaint 9 days ago, and to no surprise, I've received no response from Dolce & Gabbana.

My bank has now intervened to fight for my return.

What a disappointing experience as I love the Dolce & Gabbana brand but I will no longer shop at: dolcegabbana.com

I accidentally put wrong shipping…

I accidentally put wrong shipping address, had to call about 10 stores to get their customer service, just to be told that we can give you a refund if the shipping carrier sends it back to our warehouse or i can just go and return it if it does end up coming to my home, i got the perfume and then requested a refund and they denied me a refund and return request, after about 5 different people from their customer service assured me i am eligible for a refund, it was a perfume set and they don’t typically allow returns but they made an exception for me, and in the end i did not get to return my product after all the hassle and days i spent trying to get in contact with them.
