I waited over two months for a refund…
I waited over two months for a refund for a cologne I bought and it never came, or went to the wrong address. When all I wanted was the cologne. Not a refund or anything else. Well it took them over 2 months to refund me for the cologne and they lost a customer. Every time I called no one knew what was going on or couldn’t tell me nothing other than to just wait a little longer… poor customer service and poor negligence on there part of the delivery.
Still No Jeans – Nothing But Lies and Nonsense
Another day, still no sign of my order. Dolce & Gabbana keep telling me the same thing: that my jeans “will arrive soon,” that they are “doing their best,” and that they are “working closely with UPS.” Let’s be honest—this is all a big pile of nonsense. I am being lied to repeatedly by both Dolce & Gabbana and UPS.
The reality is simple: my package is nowhere to be seen, and neither company has the honesty or competence to resolve it. Instead, I get the same hollow lines over and over again, while my patience and money are wasted.
What makes this even more frustrating is that today I’m in the process of buying another pair of these jeans in blue, and deciding whether to add another blue and black pair or two more black pairs—a total of nearly £2,400 in planned purchases. Yet this first experience buying direct has been a completely rotten customer experience.
Dolce & Gabbana clearly have no respect for their customers. For a so-called luxury brand, this is disgraceful.

I have visited in boutique of Dolce & Gabbana in Cannes in this summer 30 of august , evening around closend time of boutique , 18H 40-45.....
I just needed dress....but the seller , she was young woman, was so impolite, without any professional skills....after several question i imeediatly realised that she is very disredpetfull towards her job ,disrespectfull towards the clinte of Dolce & Gabbana...with her tone, her attitude of cliente....so i dont continue any more ....i just left boutique immediatly....

I had a horrible experience with customer service
I had a horrible experience with a brand that I absolutely loved while ordering online. I ordered wine, and I had to wait months before we actually got it, and it wasn’t even on backorder. Customer service was absolutely horrific. Every time I would inquire about something, call or email, either never had information or were unhelpful. Those that said that they would personally check on stuff either took weeks to answer or never followed up.
I’m someone who is kind, polite and patient, and I don’t know what was going on with these people.
Also, I purchased the fig skin protector which was rock hard when I received it, it was supposed to be powder, and they refused to refund it or provide me with a new one; after several phone calls with customer service, they asked me for a photo which I sent, not sure how you could see powder or hard powder in a photo, but they denied me and said that they couldn’t do anything, which was ridiculous as I had spent a lot of money on other things. I ended up having to pay for an expensive powder I tried to “break up,” got messy, and had to throw away. The wine didn’t really live up to its Hype. The packaging was beautiful but it got to me like three months later. Again customer service was the worst I've experienced in recent years, of such a high-end brand? Very disappointed. The reason I put two stars was because their mascara arrived, and that was a good quality and lasted a long time and that was literally the only thing that worked out. Again the customer service seems like was not in the United States, and the way that it was managed, the way that they were responding, their tone, rudeness, lack of follow up and lack of trust and customer service was extremely disappointing, and not just with one or two individuals, with an entire department, every single time I called in or emailed.I literally stopped ordering because of this, and chose other brands instead.

Customer service was easy to reach and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They were polite, efficient and professional. I will definitely be using their website again.

Everything looked and felt luxurious… the eyepatches looked chic and felt hydrating I will definitely use again it took away some puffiness. The lip scrub left my lips super soft and it smelled so good 😊

The representative in Las Vegas was amazing! Tomo found the purse that my wife wanted and had it shipped to our home in Florida. My wife originally saw the purse in Paris in the spring but didn’t get it then… when we returned home she was told that there were none left in the US and she wouldn’t be able to get it. I told Tomo that I needed it by her birthday and he got it to me with 2 weeks to spare! Great customer service!

When I Managed at the Pop up I truly had the best time, and the best team. My Team wanted to work hard and they were passionate. I did transition over to Saks in Beverly Hill, once i went to Saks everything changed. Erica Santiago was my AE I truly believe that she wanted to elevate me, however the vendors that kept coming in kept treating the counter as if it was there and they were not letting me properly manage. I had to follow a saks protocol with how the counter looked visually, so i changed the counter up to saks standards and on my days off the vendors kept changing it to their liking. One vendor in particular kept causing problems with the store and the associates. I’ve voiced my opinion about this person from the pop up even made it aware that i was not comfortable working with this person because she once told a colleague that “she had it worse than the slaves”. That officially made me feel very uncomfortable and no one did anything about it. They continue to put this person at my location, and she continued to fight with the people at the store, making others feel uncomfortable. I did have another vendor who kept throwing little jabs at me and insinuating and reminding me that he no longer work there anymore and that he no longer able to lead because someone else was leading, but also telling the higher-ups that I was talking behind his back. This company would do amazing if you had real make up artist working for you people that are truly passionate about the brand like I once was not people that are insulting each other and making each other feel bad. I did truly love this brand, but you guys really need to evaluate who you bring on board. I’m sorry on how things ended but my mental health is more important than arguing with vendors.
