Horrible and rude manger. Unless you want to be subjected to her menopausal emotional outbursts I suggest you stay away!

I went to store # TILL N MacArthur in Warr Acres, OK. THE BEST EVER. Esther, an employee was so kind , happy and helpful. I don't usually go to this store, but I will from now on! GIVE ESTHER A RAISE! She is a hard worker. Store was clean and organized, which is a big plus! THANK YOU!

I have shopped here since it opened. It’s clean & well stocked. The manager embarrassed me in front of customers when 2 different cereals were on end aisle together both 2/$6. I thought you could buy one of each..Kellogg & General Mills. When I tried to buy them, the manager yelled at me when I suggested to change the display so not to be confused. “It stays the way it is!” I’ve been going there since it opened. The address is 85 S. Main St. Munroe Falls, Oh.

The girl in there, Deajiah, was dry and had a little attitude.... didn't greet, didn't smile.I don't believe she wanted to check us out but since daughter just walked straight up to the register she had a blank stare then started ringing the stuff. I asked her was she open and ready that we could just wait for the young man that actually had his light on. With a little attitude she says "I mean... I didnt call her up here but can ring her up." But did manage to mumble "have a good day" that was dry as well. So I returned the energy and said "you too". Then when we were walking away, her to her coworker said, "See! Thats what I'm talkin' bout!"

Line was 5 deep with one cashier, while 2 others are chatting and swearing in the back room. One walked out, think manager with still 3 In line and did t bother to help just walked away. New Market in washburn Iowa. Same everytime u go in. Many in line w8th 1 cashier and they don't even bother asking for back up

Did you go to Dollar general you cannot buy laters without a ID but you can buy a grill later without ID customers got to stand in a long line wait to be waited to be checked out because I can't do self-checkout because accused her customers are stealing product and not ringing it up so you have employees outside smoking cigarettes and people standing along line and they don't play their employees enough that's why they go through so many employees and then you get somebody new and there don't know what's going on and then they can't get their proper help they need because their coworkers outside smoking a cigarette in a store I'm talking about is in McVeytown Pa and don't bother calling the DMS don't want to do nothing either they don't contact you back so you're better off to go to Walmart or any other stores because a Dollar general is a joke half the time

I have to really watch my receipt as each time you buy something that is "supposedly" on sale, they charge you more than the sale price. You also have to be good in math, as the receipt gives you the item original price and then subtracts how much you save at the end. Forget buying a lot of stuff on sale, it will take you all day to figure out if you got ripped or not. I like their convenience to my home, but you can't rely on being charged correctly.

Bought a credit card at that location paying cash for it. When I tried to use the card was told the card did not exist. Dollar, general is selling fake cards and the cashier. that is working pockets, the money. Out $250.00 can not get a refund.

This was the third time I didn't geet the $5 off when you spend $25 on a Saturday. Digital coupon and receipt coupon didn't work. Customer services even said there was a problem. It happened to another person last Saturday as well. They won't correct it. That's false advertising. Never again will I ever spend another dollar with them ever again.

The store number 6016 in Oakland TN has gone down hill in the last four years. I use to like shopping there. Now you can not get down any of the aisles. It use to look great. Now its a obstacle course. You have to leave your basket at the end of an aisle, because you can not get your basket down it. The ac is out, the coolers on the wall are leaking all over the floor. And I did not see any wet floors signs out by it. the store is a mess.

This company is EVIL!!! Do not give them your money!!!!!!!

They are a drop off for Fed Ex. I dropped of 3 packages, only 2 scanned (which I found out after I left) I had asked for a ticket when I was there and they don't do that its all electronic. So I called Store first thing in the morning and asked about it, well they scanner doesn't always work, they claim it will be picked up yet, however when I asked about rescanning it so that it's in the system the manager Brooke hung up on me. Tried calling back, they would not answer. Called their corporate office to talk to them and they were not much better.

I have shopped at dollar General on Medaryville since they opened here and treated like trash today when i asked the manager if i could take a few discarded boxes,oddly they never have anyone at the register and you can see people walking out with merchandise about any time,....and they are afraid you will steal an empty box and be rude about telling you so.never again shop there

If you purchase beer or wine or cigarettes not only will someone check your ID but they will scan it into the system.

So they can sell your data to marketing firms.

Do not hand them your ID, let them read your birthday while you hold it.

I go into this store, 675 Elm, & was met with an extremely rude young black girl. I have PTSD and was having a very rough day already. I was shaky, my hands were shaky, & I was having a hard time keeping balance. During the time I was putting my things on the counter I began to zone out & start having a flashback with my face pointing in her direction.. I could not see her at all for a couple of moments there and all of a sudden I was RUDELY brought back to the present with her looking at me with disgust and saying "What?" with an attitude. Didn't want to have to explain PTSD to someone who wouldn't understand so I said "Nothing". I continue to load the last bit of my stuff on the counter while my hands & I are shaking. I felt my hands about to let go of everything I was holding so I quickly put what I was holding onto the counter as quickly as I could. She then asked me with her RUDE little attitude "Why you throwin stuff on the counter for??". Again, not wanting to explain PTSD I said to her "I'm just putting my stuff on the counter.", she looked like she couldn't handle that response so she called out to her coworker, a very sweet older lady, to come and ring me up and she walked off. Still shaking, I drop my wallet on the floor & continue the purchase while trying to maintain my composure.

First of all you need more than 1 cashier and they need to know how to void an order. Was in line today behind a known drug user. Girl tried to run her card 3 times. I was in line waiting for 15 minutes. Finally get up there. Put my stuff on the belt had at least 60 dollars of stuff. The crackhead comes back behind me and wants to try another card. The cashier kicked me outta line. Took my shit and put it back. Never again. There were 7 people in line when I walked out of th store.she was still trying to ring out the crackhead. You lost a 60 dollar order over 3 boxes of kraft macaroni and cheese.

Every time I go to a Dollar General it's is for other store brand items that Walmart or other places have Way overshot in price. In all my years of experience with Dollar general they are Definitely my goto store for a ton of things. Dollar General is the best location for "as Seen on TV" items or other items that you would normally see at big box store.

The dollar general on 9585 Scott is nice and clean and the ppl are nice. But this will be the 3rd day of me going to their store and im going to be pissed if they are closed again before the closing time before 10 pm. This is annoying because I rush to get there, and I get there at least 10 mins before closing time and the door is already lock. I work from 9am to 9 pm so its hard to get there before so I go after. if you're going to close 10 mins early pls note that on your site and hours of operation.

Very clear cut deception and theft by the company. They stole $4.00 from me.
I created a list in their App specific to my local store for shopping later in the day. Added 2 items to it and applied applicable digital coupons. App told me costs (ignoring taxes) should be:
Price: $9.50
Coupon Discount: -$3.50
Total: $6.00

Went to store, purchased the 2 items. Receipt at home...
Price $11.50
Coupon Discount Applied: -$1.50
Total: $10.00

Great store I frequent it a lot...and all of the associates are super nice except for the one that checked me out today. Andrea...Rude, Rude, Rude...not a hello or thank you or a goodbye...but she spoke to the lady behind me...poor customer service for some people I guess...
