I attended Chloe's masterclass, it was very well thought out and ran perfectly. Chloe is great at what she does and explains and answers all questions. I am a complete beginner and find Chloe is inspiring. Chloes models where fab too they also made us feel welcome. They looked very glamorous. I would defintely recommend the masterclass if Chloe was to do anymore, i would attend more myself. The goody bag was fantastic filled with loads of goodies that i had actually wanted to buy as i had seen the items being used in previous lives on facebook. Cupcakes and prosecco too on arrival i dont drink so didnt take one but other attendees enjoyed it. Thank you Chloe for a fab few hours and the fantastic goody bag

£50 order never arrived, sellers refusing to provide a replacement or refund and insists i have to make a claim with Royal mail. Spoke to royal mail and they have said only senders can claim. Passed this information onto dollywood who said they would not make a claim as it will get rejected.
Be very careful if you make an order, if it gets lost you this seller wont take responsibilty.

Response to Dollywood- you have yet to show me any proof it has been delivered to my address, as already confirmed by Royal Mail they do not have the confirmation of what address it was delivered too or if it was left in a 'safe place' or neighbour, and they can only investigate it if you open a claim, but thanks for calling me a liar!
As the sender you are responsible, just as i would be if it was my return that was lost in the post.

Great customer care and service was so pleased with how the team at Dollywood boutique helped me colour match my hair to get the best colour of extensions and great advise on how to keep them fresh x

I messaged Dollywood Facebook page to ask for some advice on what colour foundation to buy, as I wasn’t sure which would suit my skin tone, they were helpful, and have found me a perfect match, by asking what foundation I’m using now and in what shade. Their response was very quick, friendly and helpful.

I messaged regarding about what shade of foundation to go for and I got a very quick reply from Steph who was really helpful and helped match the colour I’m needing! Very friendly too. Always a pleasure chatting to one of the girls all so lovely 😊

Messaged the page as I wanted to find my match of colour for clip in hair extensions. I was messaged by a lovley lady called Steph, she helped me with my query and also directed me to the website of which I could find them. They were very responsive too, considering I messaged on the weekend, they responded the next working day (Monday) and was happy to help with any other queries. It's refreshing to experience great customer service ❤️

Message the girls as I was having trouble tracking my order and one of the girls responded really quickly and helped me which was great. When my order came I was over the moon with the quality. Couldn’t be happier

Messaged the Dollywood Boutique’s Facebook page for a colour match on the extensions they have at 12am and woke up to a message from them with their advice 😁 They were quick and very friendly in their messages! Also the price of a full hair extension piece is only £11.99 and the range of colours is amazing so you’re bound to find the perfect shade for yourself. 😁😇
