I messaged the boutique this morning about assistance with hair extensions as I’ve been looking for a while but wasn’t sure on colours! After speaking to Steph and asking for assistance she helped with the right shade! I will be ordering by the end of today! Honestly they are so sweet and kind! I’d recommend

I have just experienced first class customer service from Steph at Dollywood Boutique. I was unsure which shade of foundation to order but Steph went above and beyond to help me out, recommending an appropriate shade based on brands I’d bought previously. I’m busily filling my Dollywood basket now and can’t wait to place my order!

I treat myself to something from dollywood boutique once a month, as a hard working mum of two I try to make an effort to look after myself abit better and I love makeup. My latest purchase was the project lip and I love it so much that I just wear it in the house haha. My top lip is completely flat and non existant but the project lip gives it volume and you can actually see it. My next purchase will be some 16" hair extentions, mostly to add volume to my hair when I have it down. Dollywood boutique are happy to do a colour match so I just sent a picture and I got a reply within 24 hours. Overall, I love dollywood boutique, their products are brilliant, affordable and their customer service is great.
