Excellent customer service. I sent a message about hair extensions and was contacted back by Steph within 5 minutes. I sent in selfies so they could colour match my hair. Steph was fab and answered all my questions quickly. Can't wait to order them ❤️❤️ Thanks again

I hadn’t received my parcel from Dollywood Boutique within 5 working days so i contacted the Facebook page and was asked to email them via their direct
Email which I did. I was contacted back within 2 hours by Steph and she provided me with tracking information.

I am very happy with the service I recieved and cannot fault the service at all I have never had a problem before but I know if there is it is so easy to contact the team!

I came across dollywood on facebook through people sharing their lives. The lives they post are really fun to watch, they get their audience involved and also if you’re trying to get into makeup they explain the products and show you the best way to use them so you can teach yourself the look they’re doing. The customer service is also really good, the girls are friendly and helpful and they got back to me quickly, and answered my query perfectly. I’d highly reccomend looking on their website at their products and watching the lives they post!
