Brought Foundation a pack of brushes, lip gloss and lip liner about 3 days ago and it came today I'm very happy with my purchace. The foundation smells beautiful aswell 🙈 and the customer service was excellent. X

I was looking to get a new foundation, but wanted a different colour. I messaged the page and Steph got back to me she was really lovely and helpful. She gave me the best to option of what colour she thought would be best for me.

I was looking to change to a liquid foundation but I wasn't sure what to get. Steph responded very quickly by asking what I was currently using and to send a picture. Following that she colour matched my skin tone correctly so I can place an order. I'm very grateful for her help!

Amazing customer service! My ordered had leaked which was no fault of Dollywood Boutique, but as you can imagine its frustrating none the less. I emailed customer services telling them about the problem and within half an hour Steph had resolved my issue, she's brilliant! I would 100% recommend ordering from them

Just wanted to say how brilliant Dollywood Boutique were in helping me with ordering from their website. I got a bit stuck online using a voucher a friend had bought me but I emailed them and got an immediate response (I didn’t think i’d hear anything back as with most places you don’t!!).
