I made an order almost one year ago! Never got the watch!
They are completely ignoring me.
For sure I will not let this easy!

I have ordered a pre-order item last December and they said that the item will be shipped in January the latest according from the website. Since then I received no updates, no replies of my 10 emails requesting refund. Domeni company, my order number is 22007681 and please get back to me. It’s been so long and i am extremely frustrated with the customer service.

i seen this company on Instagram for the first time around 2014/15, back then i bought one of there watches and had zero problems and was very happy with the watch.
fast forward to August 2020 - the clip on my watch broke, i requested a new one via instagram, and was told this wasnt a problem and they would send one out. i also saw that they had a sale on, i then ordered my watch again but in gold this as i do like the watches. fast forward again to nearly April 2021 (7 months) no clip or no watch, they have around £100 of my money. only after taking my money did they say the watch was on pre-order. they do reply to instagram messages but it is just BS replies. They have turned what once was a decent company into a s4itshow, and by the looks of other reviews - all they are doing is taking people money and never sending out the products. they also send you fake tracking numbers for parcels that dont exist. and no point in requesting refunds because they will never process them

Ridiculous. Do not buy anything from them. No communication at all. I was supposed to be getting a refund but of course they start ignoring my emails. I just want my money back and be done. I’ve been dealing with this since September 2020

(Edited, a PayPal refund was provided following this review) Fresh review to reflect months of continued poor service from Domeni. Having requested a refund on a watch preordered in the summer of 2020, I am at the limit of my frustration with them. Not only have I been engaged in a patchy email exchange spanning months but I have been extremely accommodating in sending full details of the PayPal transaction to help them locate and process the refund. Their customer service has proved to be slow, antagonistic and unapologetic. I realise that the current climate is difficult, however, that does not excuse the way this company has treated me as a customer.

Yep you guessed it just like so many others who have been scammed the same happened to us. I have purchased a few watches from Domeni company over the years but this is the first time they have done this. Absolutely shocked and so upset. How can these people feel good about ripping people off!!! No response to my emails at all yet they are so quick to take your money!! I will be definitely taking this further!! Absolutely disgusting service !!!

It’s a scam. It’s been several months since I placed my order. Order was never shipped and no response was received either when I requested for a refund, twice.

(Update: after I wrote this review, the company reached out to me “regarding my order” but never said what it was about. I followed up 3 times since 25 March but have not heard from them again. Just sending out some emails to look like you’re taking action doesn’t mean anything at all, okay?)

(Update 2: after the first update they immediately sent me an email and pretended to have consistently replied to me when I’ve not received such emails. They said the items are on preorder and are “delayed due to covid”. I do a lot of online shopping with businesses in the US, Europe and Australia and no one has ever faced such extensive delays—it’s probably just 1-2 weeks at the maximum—so you tell me who they’re trying to fool. I’ve asked for a refund and let’s see what they come back with.)

This company is a SCAM! I bought a watch over 100 dollars in April of 2020 and still have not received the watch or a refund. They keep answering my emails saying they are checking on it and then they go silent and stop responding. Please do not fall for this like i did! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

This is my only negative review to date. I bought a watch from this company in April of 2020 and have yet to receive the watch or a refund. The watch wasn’t sent as they said they didn’t have it in stock and they haven’t refunded me. Having been in contact with the company many times now, always keeping it respectful from my side, they promise help but does nothing and then stop replying. It wasn't cheap either. Please PLEASE be careful when dealing with this company

This company is the absolute worst. Thieves, liars, scammers is their lot. I ordered two watches at the end of September, it’s now almost March and nothing. I’ve kept the emails the back and forth on Instagram and it’s the same lies and deceitfulness. They'll talk to their logistics they say, things are delayed due to Covid they say. Interesting how they’re the only company that is this delayed during the pandemic. They won’t respond to emails and when they do feed you the same line. They’ll offer to give you a replacement (but I doubt anyone has ever received one according to these reviews) and when you ask for a refund, silence. They created a shipping label to shut me up but never actually sent anything to the shipping company, that’s how conniving they are and desperate to keep the money they’ve stolen from customers. I’m so angry that I’m preparing to go to small claims court in New Jersey because no one should be allowed to steal anyone’s money the way Domeni does and get away with it. Talk about starting a company on the wrong foot. After this I will complain to the BBB, and any site that mentions this company. They don’t even deserve one star on here.

The 28th of July of 2020 I bough a "pre order watch" from a webpage "Domeni" which was highly advertised on Instagram.
In August 2020 I sent them the first email to customer service, after writing them DMs on Instragram.
At first they told me that pre sale deliveries would star on late Agust. Nothing happens.
After several emails they answered me on september 2020 telling me that due to COVID they were suffering delays. I sent them e-mails to two customer service e-mail accounts. The attention was terrible. hey would take more than 5 days to reply to your mail consisting of one line, without any relevant information, just apologizing.

Minutos después recibí en mi correo el siguiente mail:
"Hi Rocio,

As stated previously, this is a pre-order item which is delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. We are happy to send you an alternate item immediately if you'd like.
With that being said, it looks like you have left a 1 star review which is unfortunately unfair given the current circumstances. If you do not wish to wait any longer, I would be happy to have your money refunded. We would just ask if you could please remove your review given the circumstances.".

I innocently trusted this proposal on behalf of the company, and removed my bad review from the "Trust pilot" website. It seems that was the only thing they were interested in, because it is now February 2021 and neither I received the watch I paid almost $100 for, nor did they sent me the other product that they promised me in compensation. I didn't even get my money back! feel completely ripped off by Domeni company. I have more than 20 e mails that can prove all my experience.

This company never gonna give your watch.
I ordered a watch on last Aug. And I just got an email from them so was waiting to get it. But after 5 months, I got nothing ! They don't respond. They only react about bad review on website. I wrote a review on Trustpilot for everyone want to buy. They just email me directly to cancel my order. They keep talk about it was pre ordered item. I know that.. but actually they are just not ready to sell their product I guess.. anyways they demanded to remove review that I wrote. So I removed it. Now I found my money back !
I write this review to help someone struggle with this company.

I ordered 2 watches and these never arrived and now I am also being ignored by customer service. I should have checked them here, and I'd have avoided this mistake... They are a fraud and should pay for their misdeeds, stay away from them!!!!

Also... Notice that all of the 5-Star ratings on here look like they’re written by the same person? Definitely suspicious.

I have been using their Rose Gold Mother of Pearl Micro Signature series watch and never had any issues regarding the quality of that watch and it still looks really beautiful as when it arrived, even the delivery service is quick. Reasonable price and currently there is extra 10% discount going on for every customer. Preorder sales for black Friday.

I made an order in February 2020 and despite originally being understanding of shipping delays due to the pandemic (given my order is an international one) it is now January 2021 and I have not received the watch. Emailed in late 2020 to ask for a refund but was denied and instead they claimed to send another watch. That too did not materialise. Overall terrible experience.

Update: New request for refund in 2021 was again ignored. This "company" is really just a scam. DO NOT BUY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ordered my watch in October 2020 as a birthday present and it's January 2021 and still have yet to get my order. I've emailed countless times to customer service and I don't get any response. The first time I reached out was told it was a Pre-sale item. How long is this damn pre-sale? And I've commented on their IG ads and all I get is a direct message to send them my order number and when I do I get no response. This company is a Scam and I regret ordering from them, they have the worst customer service ever.
