Don’t make the same mistake as me
I ordered my watch in July, and didn’t receive a shipping date or confirmation so I cancelled my order, asked for a refund and posted a review here.
I have now received a refund from the owner. My advice is to order via PayPal, so that you can lodge a complaint if you don’t receive your product. The owner asked me to delete this review but I think transparency is important. My recommendation is that you do not order from this company.

I ordered a watch for my girlfriend for her birthday in May and when we received, the quality was sub-par with the edges of the bracelet being unfinished. She tried wearing it for a couple days but found it so uncomfortable because it caught on everything and her skin.
I reached out to Domeni to exchange it and after mulitple non-responses they agreed to replace it. This was in July and at the time of writing this (September) I still haven't recevied a replacement watch from them and have requested a full refund.
My advice would be to steer clear of this company as their product quality is lacking and their customer services isn't any better.
Update: Shortly after I posted this I was contacted by the company who promised to refund my money if I took down the negative review. I agreed and the owner first tried to send me my money through PayPal but then changed his mind. Next, he claimed he tried to refund me through my credit card but couldn’t and that he was working with my bank to resolved. Now we are into October with still no resolution. I talked to my bank and they said the owner has the ability to issue a refund and it’s on him to do so which I took as he’s still playing games on his end.
My advice from before still stands and this review will not be taken down even if I do get a refund. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!
Read this before order!
I ordered my first watch from this company back in 2015-2017 when it was collecting money from Kickstarter. I got the watch and it’s still perfect.
So, this year in August I ordered a new watch (gold signature series in Milanese Mesh) from them before reading any reviews. That was a big mistake! They didn’t send any information about my order until I emailed back and forth with them.
In the response they said that because of Covid-19 they can’t send me the watch I ordered so they offered me another watch instead. I asked them to just cancel my order and send me back my money. After emailing back and forth again they cancelled my order at 18.09. After that I haven’t heard anything from them, and I haven’t got my money back...
I am very sorry for their financial situation because they make beautiful watches but right now it feels that they are just scamming people for money!

Long story short
Long story short, I bought a watch in beginning of August, and I received the wrong watch. I contacted them, they said they would sent me the watch band that I ordered. But I didn’t get anything, all they gave to me just a tracking number from my previous order. I was very upset, and emailed them. They said they would Resend it to me. I believed them and I waited for few days, they sent the pre shipping label, and I waited for another two weeks still nothing changes. I don’t know if they really going to send it to me. I contacted them again, and I waited for few days. I received the watch band that I ordered. They helped me solve the problem! The whole process took a long time, and it did take me a lot of time. But I did get what they promised to me! If you are also in the same situation as me, just contact them, they will get your problems solved.

Literally the worst company and customer service I've ever experienced.
They sent me an incorrect watch followed by two faulty watches. Took 6 months to send me the actual watch which then broke within weeks - the minute hand hit the the second hand and when it got to 5pm the watch stops every time.
Had to claim money back through my bank through Chargeback as they did respond to any emails. I'm still a few hundred pound of pocket from import charges on all the faulty watches they sent me (which I had to pay for).
Avoid. You'll get scammed if you don't.
Customer service needs vast improvements
Updated review after receiving refund: Communication from company and refund didn’t come until a Trust pilot review was written. I was told that as a small start up my order fell through the cracks. Not a delightful experience, but I did eventually get my refund. Hopefully company can improve on customer service.

Original: I pre-ordered a watch on October 24, 2019 and to this day I have not received the watch or a refund from the company. There's no number on the website for direct conversation, and the emails I have had back and forth with the Designer/CEO haven't produced resolution yet. Some other reviews on here seem to suggest that eventually a response was given by CEO after they made enough noise. Still hoping this is the case for me!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company.
I ordered a watch for myself in May. I never received the watch and I kept asking when will they ship it. Their responses were very slow and after a few emails from them promising they will send it soon, they said the facility that houses the watches is closed due to Covid so they don’t have it. They offered to send me an alternative colour watch “immediately”. I asked them what was the alternative and never got an answer. After two months and no watch I sent them an additional three emails asking them to cancel my order and return my money and again no answer. But when I wrote a review regarding their business I got contacted straight away from the company owner apologising and offering to send me a gift and asking me to rectify the review. I kindly rejected the gift and told him that I want him to cancel my order and just give me my money back. He cancelled my order and said to keep a track on my bank statement and let him know if I don’t receive my money. I removed my review and thanked him for cancelling my order. They cancelled my order on the 31st of July but I never received any money back so I wrote to them again after waiting for more than two weeks. They didn’t reply.

I first ordered a watch in APRIL that arrived damaged. The specific watch I ordered had a black leather band, but it was sent with a metal band as well. It was the metal band that was damaged. I contacted the company and they had me send the watch back so they could ship a replacement.
I didn't get my replacement until June and lo and behold they sent me the metal band and not the leather one. That was the band I wanted in the first place! I've tried to contact customer service and they would "double check the status" but I haven't received anything since. I'm very frustrated that I specifically wanted a watch with a black leather band, and now all I have is a metal band! Very disappointed.
Also, the person I corresponded with throughout my ordeal never identified themselves so I never knew who I was talking to. Very slow customer service and not very competent.
Slow replies but helpful brand owner (Dominick)

However, brand owner Dominick have personally reached out to me earnestly and resolved the issue with a refund. He was extremely and genuine and offered a great resolution.
Wonderful customer service
I purchased a watch for my friend’s birthday, however, her parents surprised her with an early birthday present that was also a silver watch. I contacted Domeni via email requesting to cancel my order (if possible) and get a refund.
They responded promptly within 24hours, and asked if there was an issue or if I needed assistance. I emailed back and said no and that I simply wanted to cancel for a refund. The agent kindly emailed me back, wasn’t pushy, and confirmed the cancellation and refund.
Even though I didn’t end up buying, I did have a positive experience and am satisfied with their service!
A year waiting
I have ordered and paid for a watch a year ago.
50 Emails later and still no watch and no refund. But a looot of empty promises.
I dont plan to ever buy anything again from this, or any other company these people run.

I ordered an item from this company in August 2019 (approx 10 months ago). The item never arrived and I got in touch via the customer service email address to request a refund.
It took a lot of back and forth, and numerous unanswered emails (often the lack of a response is blamed on Coronavirus). Finally I was sent an email confirming my order had been cancelled and refunded. However I've not received the money back in my account. Again I've emailed on several occasions to ask when the refund will be paid - nothing.
This review on Trust Pilot is my last resort - I don't want the item, I just want my money.

Since writing my original review on Trust Pilot, I quickly received a personalised message from the owner Dominick.
He apologised for the experience I'd be receiving, explained what had gone wrong with my order (it did seem like a genuine and unfortunate mix-up), said he would personally look into the issues to get them rectified, and took full responsibility. He was friendly, understanding, quick to respond to emails and wanted to make sure everything was sorted as soon as possible. Within a couple of days he had refunded the item, and even promised to still send the item out as a gift and gesture of goodwill.
The experience I'd received from this company up until the point Dominick got in touch was poor, but I wanted to update my review as service like this goes a long way.
If anyone else experiences issues like mine, ask to speak with Dominick. He's so helpful, a pleasure to deal with and really does care about the customer.
Very slow customer service
I sent an item back for an exchange, but it took weeks to hear back from Domeni. Once I finally received the replacement item, it was incorrect, and I had to go through the whole process all over again.
It was nearly 4 months from the date of purchase to receiving the final exchanged item. The issue was ultimately resolved, but the processing was arduously slow and the service I received left much to be desired.

The worse online experience I have ever had. The customer service is terrible, they won't respond unless you get aggressive and the product was poor quality and arrived with a bent belt. Stay far away from this company.

Ordered my item in June 2019 but it is a new year and I have not receive my item. So disappointing. Contacted the customer service team multiple times and all I received are patronizing replies. Until I posted a review here then the owner contacted me and tried to "make a deal" with me by suggesting that I remove my review first before he will ship out my item. It has been months since emails were exchanged between us but no confirmed updates till date. Worst online shopping experience ever and I realised they will report any negative reviews here as unverified. This shows that it is not a transparent company. Requested for a refund but they refused to process as well. Can someone help me out here I'm at my wits end. Couldn't get the item and my hard earned money back.
The watch is extremely pretty
The watch is extremely pretty! It looks even better than the ad. The only problem I had was there was a delay and I wasn’t very kind to them, but they did their best, sent me a free band to make up for the delay and also a tiny tool with it so I can resize the band however I like, which I found to be very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend to a friend!
