The watch arrived quickly, and is really stylish! I love the way it falls on the wrist, and it fit my wrist when it arrived which I usually need to punch a custom hole in to make work. Love the quality and finish of the rose gold.

So happy to have come across this company. The customer service was top-notch in my experience. I had ordered a watch that was a pre-order sale, so I didn’t realize that it wouldn’t ship until much later, when they had more in stock. When I reached out to customer service and explained that I needed the watch as a gift by the end of the week, they quickly helped me pick out a watch that was in stock, and they also shipped it overnight so I would have it in time to present as a gift. I haven’t had such great service in a long time and I will absolutely continue to order through them.
The watches are beautiful as well and the packaging is clean and simple. Thank you so much for everything!

Domeni have my money and I have nothing.

If a company says it can deliver a product by a certain date, perhaps they should have the courtesy to notify the customer if it will actually take longer than 3 months.

Original dispatch date was listed as late August (since updated on the website) and I'm still waiting for a straight answer. Over 26 emails and 3 attempts on Facebook to reconcile this issue with customer service, I have been fobbed off, ignored and forgotten.

Apparently my order cannot be cancelled or refunded either. Couldn’t be more dodgy if they tried. Worst retail experience of my life.

1 star is too many.

*** Edit - after my reviews and having to contact PayPal and my credit card company a refund was finally issued by Domeni 90 days and 38 emails after purchase. I am still waiting for my refund to clear but if it does I consider this closed.***

I purchased rose gold Domeni watch recently. The watch is very nice and looks really trendy. The black background matches very well with the rose gold color. The clasps of the Milanese mesh could be made more solid as this piece usually experiences a lot of openings/closings.... The package box is also very nice. The value specification on the package was quite "friendly" as to avoid additional import taxes in the EU. Perhaps shipping from within EU - maybe Italy (), would be more adequate as to speed up the delivery...

I purchased the Micro Signature Series - Gold and am amazed by the quality of the watch for the price. From top to bottom this watch has such an elegant design. I get compliments everywhere I go and the customer service/delivery is impeccable. I will definitely be purchasing another watch. Also, this watch makes my wrist look smaller, BONUS! Thanks!
