I have just received my watch on preorder this past week. A little smaller than expected but very beautiful and by first impression well made. Very happy about the savings.

I have ordered a watch for my friend (supposed to be a gift) on June 2019, she received it 2 days ago in a bubble bag not even a case but a bubble bag after 5 months of delay. Despite our various emails, request for refund, getting in touch with the founder.....This issue is just worst than ever.

Honestly, this is so disappointing that I have no words !!!

After 3 months waiting, I requested for refund.
BUT, there’s no refund received !

This is my second Domeni watch and probably not my last. Without question, a quality and unique design that stands the test of time.

I had an issue going out of town, and their customer service quickly responded to inquiry and allowed me to update my address to a safe location. Talk about premium products and customer communication!

I got this watch as a graduation present for my friend. First, I must commend the superb customer service they have. I ordered the rose gold/leather watch and then changed my mind about the color. I emailed them and received a response in less than half a day. I asked for a different color. No problem! No hassle. Unfortunately it took quite a bit of time to get to me but they kept me updated and assured me of it's safe arrival. Overall, great experience and my friend LOVES the watch.

I’ve been buying watches from this company since they first appeared on Kickstart in 2013/2014 and I instantly knew I’d be a big fan of their watches to come.

I love the mesh band, I’ve been dying to find this style band for watches, and add that along with their sleek, crisp, simple design these are great watches to put the finishing touch on any outfit. Whether that be going to the Casino, to work, out to dinner, or just getting groceries these watches are a great way to bring it all together.

I specifically love wearing the Gold mesh band with either the black face dial or white face dial. They complement a dark colored or light colored outfit amazingly no matter what the colors are.

I love that the watches are Swiss movement, water proof, and very light, as well as easy to interact with in terms of switching the clasp to fit any size wrist.

I’m pretty rough with these watches sometimes when I go downtown and party. I’ve broken two but - that is not at all due to the material they use to make the watch - I am pretty intoxicated at that point and my wrist is slamming into something at the moment or what have you.

That being said being a - loyal - customer gets the costumer far with this company. I won’t say exactly what that is because...

Sometimes you got to invest in something and pay the price before you are rewarded; without knowing what the reward will be.

This company has rewarded me for being a loyal customer when I break my watches.
