The delivery for my watch was super fast and the package was properly packed in a professional way. I am very happy with the product.

I have preordered their Black signature series in MILANESE MESH as I am totally in love with this beauty. Its black coloured dial is something that looks really magnificent.

Like many others, I ordered a watch back in October. No confirmation, no tracking. A couple of weeks later, I emailed to ensure my order went though. I got a reply that it had, and that there as no tracking as it was a pre-order. It was never described as a pre order item at the time of purchase. It has now been four months, I have emailed a a few more times, and nothing. Clearly they stole my money like they do to everyone. It’s a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM DOMENI COMPANY. ordered a watch that never came, was provided a customs tracking number that my local postal service was unable to track. asked for a refund so many times but customer service is not responsive at all.

I ordered Rose Gold Micro Signature Series for my sister as her birthday gift 🎁, the delivery was on time and reached me before the day of her birthday. She liked the colour and design of the watch. Perfect fit for someone like her.

This company deserve no star! I still havent received my watch that i purchased since Oct 2020. Emailed them and they said it was a preorder item and told me to wait, then a few weeks later i emailed them again, they said leather strap sold out so they would send me a mesh band. Preorder item and then sold out? Still havent received my watch and hear nothing from them. I rather take my business elsewhere.

They remove my review from trustpilot but here i am with another one. They contacted me right away after i left this review and told me to remove my review and they would send me an extra leather band and offer to refund me the shipping fee that i paid. They sent me a shipping confirmation 12/10/2020 but until now it has not been going anywhere. Please take your business somewhere else guys!

Zero Stars. I bought a watch on 8/18/2020. It is now 1/11/2021.

After 2 weeks I sent an email asking when my item would ship. They got back to me saying it was a preorder item (wasn't clear when I purchased it) and that they would check. Another couple of weeks went by and I sent another couple of emails, to which no one responded. Finally, I left a review on here. In moments the founder Dominick replied to my emails asking how we could resolve this so that I would take down the review. He ended up sending me a free watch and I asked him to keep me updated as to when the watch that I actually wanted would ship. He was clearly just fixated on having me take down the review. He asked in each email when it would be done.

It has now been several more months, I have heard nothing of when the watch I wanted will ship. The watch that he sent was an absolute piece of trash. One of the metal clasps broke after one wear.

It is clear that they have no intentions of sending me the watch, and if I hadn't reached out, they would not have sent me anything. Don't waste your time or money.

This time i won’t delete this! Seriously this is the most untrusted and unprofessional company i have ever approched. If i could give it zero stars i would!

I purcashed a watch back in 24.aug.2020. After a week or more i still havent got any updates according my order. I even paid extra for faster delivery. After writing back and forth i decide to cancel my order 17.sep. since they haven’t shipped my order yet, although they said they have and they have my tracking informations which was false.! They even wanted me to confirm my adresse through email so that they could get it shipped? This is so MAD! After writing back and forth again, they finally confirmed my cancellation 23. Sep, and i got a text 28. Sep. Telling me that my money has been refunded. Which it has not!! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Guess what!? Yes, i wrote back again telling them how can they tell me my money has been refunded when it has not! I got a reply 16.okt. telling me that “the amount should post back to the date of the transaction on your card within about 3-8 business days.” I wrote back telling them i still havent recieved anything. And from this day on still nothing.....

I am not going to write anonymous. Find me on facebook and so i will post this further on. This is so unacceptable. Using covid-19 as an excuss for the bad service. I am so tired writing back and forth.

For sure after this review they will contact me telling me i will have to take my review down or else they wont refund me my money...🤷🏻‍♀️ Like they did on my first review that i kindly took down because they told me that i would get an additional gift as well as my tracking information. Never in my lige have i experienced this kind of behaviour!! Dissapointment is the only thing they have givin’ me so far. THIS COMPNY IS A FRAUD

I ordered two watches in may 2020 it’s January 2021 and nothing has ever been delivered. Not even a refund. They sent me a fake tracking number,promised that they’ll send me my watches and a gift to console me for over waiting, but up to now I haven’t seen anything..it’s a fraudulent company people. Stay away

Don’t trust this company. I’ve been struggling during 2 years with them to get a replacement or refund on a damaged product they sent me. They also lie to you saying they sent it, give you a false USPS tracking number then don’t answer you anymore. Don’t waste your time and money with them.

If I were you, do not buy from this company! They are very unprofessional and hard to reach. In all, they are a scam. I ordered a watch from them for my sister but it did not arrive for 3 months. I thought this was an isolated event so I decided to buy one for myself as well. Again, it did not arrive within the time frame promised on the website. I was tired of waiting so I emailed them to cancel the order. They insisted on sending it and told me to request a return if I still don't want it. I finally received the watch and sent it back as instructed. I now have no watch and am $90 short as they have not refunded me anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I can’t comment on the quality of watches - if you’re going to order from this company I’d probably make sure you order through PayPal to be safe though:

I ordered a watch in the first week of February of 2020. By March I still didn’t have a shipping order so I contacted customer service, I knew covid was getting really bad at the time and was aware the parcel could take months in the mail, but the money had left my account so I just wanted an order number so I could keep an eye on the situation. I spoke to someone via email said they’d look into it, but when I explained I didn’t have an order number as I hadn’t received a confirmation email yet (but provided a PayPal invoice as evidence of purchase) they stopped replying. I tried to contact them a week later on Facebook, which got me a similar result, Facebook confirmed they’d seen the message but still, no reply.

This happened on and off every couple weeks until May, when I decided to try one more time, I sent a message just seeing if they could locate an order number, as I understood with covid they probably hadn’t had a chance to ship yet which I was fine with but at this point it didn’t feel like they’d even put my order in the system despite taking the money out months ago. A couple hours later I checked to see if they had replied and discovered they blocked me on Facebook, I tried to contact their Instagram same deal - I got blocked.

Luckily I paid through PayPal and was able to launch a review which by the end of September got my money back so I’m not out of pocket and overall no harm is done, but the behaviour does come off as somewhat dodgy.

I ordered a watch on 28 November 2019 and I did not receive my good until August 2020!!
I wrote a mail on August 2020 and the mail indicated that they had problem with USPS.
Then, it has been over one year after my ordering.
I reject to wait for ''the watch'' and I asked for canceling my order and refund on November 2020 and I still do not receive any reply now!!!
This is not a reasonable buying experience.
Hope no one will be experienced this like me!!

I ordered a watch more than six months ago. When I first inquired about the delay, they said they had a post issue. They then made me signup to a third party delivery website to send me the product ( although I insisted that I’d rather get a refund instead of doing this..). I signed up, gave them a redirecting address and then had to cancel the account given that they charge 30 dollars after a given time. After sending many emails (which they reply to after 100 business days), I was told that it was sent to that account.
I don’t understand why I was forced to use a third party account, get charged for it and then not get my item :((((
TERRIBLE to say the least.

I ordered a watch in December 2019 and they said they having an issue with US Post for my delivery. and then I cancelled my order on February (also got a text said: i've been refunded.) But I have not received my refund till now!! They reply e-mail very slowly and always making various excuses foe refund process, such as: office closed due to covid-19. waiting for response from their merchant processor....
Almost One year and no my order and no refund as well.

Order placed May 18, 2019 - still no merchandise. Repeated emails indicating my item is on the way for more than a year now. Fraudulent company. The pre-production order scheme is especially evil.

I ordered a watch back in April 2020 and they said that due to COVID-19, their factories are closed which I can understand. After half a year, I still didn't receive my watch. I requested for them to issue me a refund numerous times in which they ignore. I'm planning to report them; this is an unacceptable business practice.

Do NOT order from this company. They still owe me a refund for a return that they received exactly one month ago.

I ordered a watch from Domeni in August, which was supposed to arrive by the last week of August. It didn't arrive until October. Throughout that time, I kept trying to keep in contact with the company and would get responses from them saying it was delayed but it should arrive soon. Eventually, I asked them to just go ahead and cancel my order, which they ignored. Eventually I received my watch and it was completely broken, with a missing screw so the watch face was half falling off. I sent it back with their return label, which includes a tracking number so I KNOW they received it weeks ago. I have emailed them several times since and haven't gotten any responses or my money back.

Do not waste your time with this joke of a company. I should have stuck with my gut when I saw that their social media has barely any content. Please listen to these other reviews too if you're considering buying from them. Save yourself the headache.

I ordered a watch from them early August which was a preorder for shipment in late August. I did not hear from them past this date. I emailed in mid September and asked for an update and only then did they notify me that due to COVID-19 their warehouses were closed and orders delayed. They offered to send me an alternative. I rejected this offer and after some back and forth they agreed to refund me the money. I received an email 9 October stating my order had been cancelled and was advised the money would be refunded in 3-8 business days. It is currently 26 October and I have not received a refund or a further reply from Domeni.
