I ordered a Supreme pizza, got a plain cheese. The pizza had no sauce, was very hard and dry. The worst pizza I have ever had. Never again Domono's. I have had problems with this location. They never improve.

I literally ordered my pizza online and I’m telling you, it was there before I even remembered that I ordered it. Everything was there, fresh and omggg, the stuffed crust was just amazing. Thank you for not only getting my order rt, but everything just tasted fresh & amazing! And I NEVER leave reviews!

My experience with domino's pizza. I ordered a medium pepperoni mushroom. There was so little mushrooms on the Pizza.I called and got another one. In my opinion , seven eleven has better pizza than domino's. I will never order from there again. Very little of everything cheese , pepperoni and mushrooms.

Domino's new Pizza $9.95 looks nothing lik the ad is a scam the edges of the pizza was dry burnt it wasn't even enough cheese on it

I ordered my Pizza at 8:45 Pm and got it delivered at 11 Pm. There is absolutely no way you can reach their customer service, so getting a resolution is just impossible.

I asked for my order to be ready at 5 o'clock.I got there to pay for it , and the food was sitting there already at 447 they did not have change 100 so I had to run to another store to go get change because they're safe, so they say it won't open for 9 minutes.

I don't care what kind of deal they have pizza taste like cardboard. Never go back

I ordered the $9.99 7- Toppings special and it looks like a plain pizza 🍕 I count 7 pepperoni pcs- 5 chicken bits 10-mushrooms pcs, found no bacon or ham for got wht the last Topping was its not there as well but sh*t loads of black olives the whole pizza is olives. Anyone knows why i can't I add a picture to revive.

Pizza is always good at least to me i loved dominoes since i was a kid and will love it forever

I am giving them a star because the manager at my location was actually interested in hearing about what went wrong so he could see if he can help other customers.

I ordered without the app because I just wanted comfort food today... I won't order regularly. I got a confirmation message order sent and even Steve is making it now. Then nothing...no email, no text and I couldn't even (or at least it wasn't easy to) go back to the site I ordered on and see my status. I tried calling and then realized that it had said ready in about 18 minutes and it had been 30. Luckily I live very close...I went and was expecting to hear no order went through but they had it and the manager had no idea why I didn't get a confirmation beyond "we want people to use the app".

Today happened to be the first week day of spring break locally, so when I got no confirmation I thought maybe they got very busy and the pizza would be substantially delayed, but if that happens most restaurants text you with an order delayed message. I happened to have paid via using cash on arrival, but if I had used a credit card and not gone assuming the order didn't go through I would have had to figure out if I was charged anyway and then deal with seeing if I never got the pizza could be a reason to cancel if I had no evidence to prove the order was in fact placed but I didn't get any confirmation it was ready to pick up.

Pizza was fine but nothing special, and a small with a small soda is more than a medium with a 2 liter soda that's the meal deal.. and I did carry out, so this isn't because there is a fee for delivery for a small order. Single people who want to control their weight are frequently "punished" this way by chain pizza restaurants and it's annoying.

Terrible managment in north adams store.They should be closed down.Pizza was wrong as well as stale and horrible to eat.They refused to refund or come back to pick up pizza and send me fresh ones!

Ordered 3 large pizzas one bbq sauce meat lovers with cheese crust,the other 2 were bbq sauce pineapple pepperonis bacon sausage with cheese crust one my order was with out cheese crusts nd when I called to let them the order was not right they said I didn't have a order in for my address or my number I just want my pizzas replaced this is crazy

We Ordered 2 pizzas from Dominoes in Marinette, Wisconsin. Pizzas were burned, hardly had any of my requested toppings on both and was cold. The worst part was it was the 9.99 pizza special and it cost me 50.00!!!! I will NEVER order from them again. Absolutely horrible ! Could not even eat them. Customer service was terrible.

My favorite food chain! Fresh vegetables and food! Highly recommended

Ordered large Hawaiian pizza, small margarita pizza, 2 x fries which cost £35.00. Absolutely rubbish. The fries tasted like they’ve been reheated in a microwave! Terrible food never by this food absolute ripoff

We ordered for the big game and it was a total disappointment. Delivery took much longer than estimated, and when the food finally arrived, the pizza was lukewarm and the crust was overcooked and dry. It felt like our entire order was sitting around for a while. Usually Domino's is faster, but this experience was very frustrating and not worth the price.

Ordered 2 cheesy breads to be delivered to my hotel room. Both were missing the marinara sauce. Also paid for an extra marinara sauce that was also missing. Called and was told, "IF someone else orders delivery in your area, we will have the driver drop off the sauces. That's the best we can do" They are 2.6 miles from my hotel. I waited an hour and called to request a refund. Refund was denied but I was told a driver was on the way with my missing items. Waited another hour and 45 minutes before calling again. Was told, "I'm going to discuss this with my manager and get this figured out for you". Again 2.6 miles away. It's now been 4 hours. Still hungry, but too mad to eat dry cheesy bread with no sauce. What a night. Never ever again with domino's.

Tried to order the $9.99 promoted 7 toppings large (--it's really a little 14" ) pie 5 times on line during he past 2 days. IMPOSSIBLE to get their web site to place the orders. Contacted the corp and their response was insulting.
DO NOT ORDER DOMINO'S PIZZA.

People were very nice and they tossed the homemade dough resulting in NY like crust...they did good. 5-stars
The pizza uses a blend of cheese off some mozzarella then a blend of powder cheddar and parmesan like you get in the Kraft green cylindrical container. Terrible taste.
I also got wings and they were simply disgusting. Quick frozen and cooked. Then then sauce (hot sauce) was sprinkled on. Horrible and not worth 11-dollars for 8 wings. They also had that taste that frozen foods get.....I suggest that Papa Johns is well above Dominos and of course Mello-Mushroom right up the street for about 5-dollars more. Buffalo Wings for wings but Mello Mushroom has excellent wings as well. Stay clear of Dominos to avoid dissapointment

I have never ordered from dominos and never will again ,my pizza took an hour and a half and it came cold like it was in the fridge and I sent a complaint to there website and they could give 2 shits and it had nothing on it and cost 40 dollars with the tip for a 14 " pizza, dont go there unless your desperate
