I have never ordered from dominos and never will again ,my pizza took an hour and a half and it came cold like it was in the fridge and I sent a complaint to there website and they could give 2 shits and it had nothing on it and cost 40 dollars with the tip for a 14 " pizza, dont go there unless your desperate

I dont know what happen to them recently. I quite like them a lot but they got changed their taste, flavor, really miss them

Very rude staff, Margaret in particular. She can't answer a simple question and hangs up on you. They talk over you and won't let you get 4 words out, much less an entire sentence. They lie to customers and then call the police and lie to them. I got food poisoning from here because Margaret is nasty and didn't have good hygiene. I would NOT order from here. You'll get food poisoning because of disgusting hygiene practices...or should I say lack thereof. Beware! You've been warned.

I ordered on the app for pickup. I ordered two medium pizzas, one Alfredo and spinach, one that was half pepperoni, and half pepperoni with mushroom, some wings, and then 3 lava crunch cakes. The Alfredo pizza barely had any spinach on it, and the second pizza only had mushrooms on two slices. The wings barely had any sauce on them. If I could give zero stars, I would. The lava cakes are the only saving grace from this order.

I didn’t order a full pizza for myself I guess I’ll take it. When I was at the dentist a driver showed up and gave me a full pizza to myself I would never order a full pizza.

Chatham, Illinois, Domino's store number 2896: I ordered a large pizza on sale for $9.99, with all the toppings I wanted for the same price. I picked up the pizza and brought it home. It was beyond the worst pizza I had ever eaten in my 64 years of life. I called to let them know and was told to wait 10 minutes, and they would remake the pizza with actual sauce that I could taste and see. I waited 10 minutes and went back to the drive-through, as I was told on the phone that they would make me another one. The manager met me and told me they could not give me a refund or start a remake pizza unless I brought the old pizza back. It would have been nice to know this before wasting gas and time. So I went back, got the pizza, brought it back to the store, and got a major attitude from the manager, who stated she would not remake a pizza or refund my money because most of this pizza was gone. I tried to explain to her that the pieces we had taken bites out of I did not bring back; we had thrown them away, and most of the pizza was there. I took pictures. I heard all the staff in the background laughing hysterically, making comments. I told the manager I would go ahead and contact corporate and leave a complaint. She told me it would do no good because she's the one that gets all the complaints and handles them. I tried to explain to her that it's a franchise and they do have a corporation with more laughter and more attitude, I left the pizza.

I ordered (order #2162) and paid for a pizza online for carside pickup as I have done numerous times before at Dominoes #1193. I watched the tracker and arrived when the app said it was ready for pickup. After waiting 10 minutes I called and was told they had no record of my order even after telling me it was ready. I had to go into the store to verify the order on my phone. I am disabled so this was not easy. I was treated very rudely. Finally she told me they could prepare my order but I would have to wait. I stood there for over 30 minutes. When I got home the order was not accurate. So for a pizza to be picked up at 3:45 I waited until 4:25. I am not a happy camper and will not likely return to this store or domino’s again.

Complete con job with their “free”pizza. It’s not free and you will end up paying more for a$6 pizza than its woetrth. To get your free pizza you have to spend $13. Complete con job. They should be brought up on charges.

Ordered Domino's cookies made with cadbury creme egg, very disappointed at £7.99 for 2 cookies. Not very big and what made it worse the cookies were squashed with the liquid centre all over the box.

Really fancied a pizza, so drove to Domino's Hatfield Doncaster, ordered food to be told card payments only....who invented that crazy idea?

Order turned up and it was missing 2 items completely, 1 item I hadn't ordered and don't even eat. Rated them on the app of not happy with the order. They called and said sorry, we'll refund you the missing items, which I accepted. That was the 16th Feb, its now the 27th and it hasn't been refunded at all.
Not impressed and would no longer recommend my local branch. Shameful!

Askedv for extra sauce, seems like I got none. Pizza was dry with no sauce

Ordered via Domino's phone app today. Order was never delivered. Called store and female employee spoke with the driver who confirmed he delivered the order to the wrong address. When we asked the female employee over the phone if they could remake our order and redeliver it she said that the driver was too busy and did not want to remake our order. Very disappointed! We filed a complaint with their corporate customer service.

I called my order in, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Takes me 20 to get there. I get there cashier says it’s not ready yet after standing in line waiting for the 2 customers in front of me to have problems as well. 1st customer walks out after he said he’d been there about 45 minutes. Next customer also had waited a lengthy time even after calling the order in prior. So I sit and wait about 10 more minutes. I asked the cashier how much longer , he goes to the back and look around and talk to a few workers. I was thinking they were just getting started on my order. I wait another 15 minutes then ask the cashier where is my order. He looks on the shelf and what do you know? There it is, it had been on the shelf The whole entire time. He brings me the pizza. I walk out with it. I’m in the parking lot. He yells out the door, you didn’t pay for it. I storm back in and say, I thought if it’s not ready in a reasonable amount of time it’s free. He says no. I say, then you can keep it and I toss the pizza back on the counter and walked out. I liked Dominos pizza but that service was inexcusable. I won’t go there again and I don’t recommend them!

Crooks, these people sign you up to complete save without telling you that costs £18 a month, 3 months later, £56 down, no chance of getting our money back.

Terrible customer service! Barely any English. Sent wrong pizza and then admitted that it was so when phone call was made.
We where told a new pizza would arrive and then canceled last minute. Domino's said the the original pizza needed to be sent back after they said a new one would be sent. We would have taken a photo or not eaten any of advised. Most most of the pizza we eaten. This location makes many mistakes unfortunately. But in the last several months they have been good. Except for this order. I have given them for reviews before this.

Never again will I order out i seldom but I was hungry these fast food restaurants disgusting I ordered pizza from 716 south street they changed and arm and a leg and didn't give me no topping never again will I do business with this place just like I ordered out st pizza pizza the other day and there was hair in my food never again

Absolutely awful. £24 for a small pizza. Admittedly we asked for additional toppings which didnt happen. Certainly wont be ordering again.
