Professional, friendly and caring breeder. Very helpful throughout process from initial conversation, to when we picked puppy up and afterwards when puppy with us at home. Definitely recommend.

From someone that had never even held a dog before when it came to looking for a puppy I wanted to make sure that we found a reputable, trustworthy, professional breeder and that is exactly what we got with Donna.

Donna has been informative, reliable, approachable and on collection day she made us feel relaxed, was very thorough explaining every little detail of his routine, tips on training, health updates etc.

From the first contact Donna was confident, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered my questions and I was sure she is the right person to buy my puppy from. Apart from the puppy looking healthy and being beautiful I also have reassurance it has a good bloodline and it is healthy. I travelled from London get the puppy from Donna as it was so worth it. Puppy settled very well. Was very confident from the start and smelled gorgeous. I am confident that when I need help I can contact Donna as she reassured me I can contact her any time. This is so important for the owner as well as the puppy's future.

From the moment we brought our puppy home, it was clear he had been exceptionally well raised. He was confident, happy and healthy, everything we had hoped for. Remarkably, he immediately used puppy pads and transitioned smoothly to toileting outside within days.

From the very first night, he settled into his crate without fuss, confidently exploring it and quickly making it his safe space. It’s also evident he had been well handled, he was comfortable with having his paws wiped and being brushed from day one, which made settling into our routine so much easier.

We had previously had a difficult experience with an unethical breeder, so we were understandably cautious. Donna Jay completely put our minds at ease by offering a video call and taking the time to answer our many questions with patience and prompt responses. She was also incredibly flexible when we were unable to collect our puppy on the original date, accommodating our situation without hesitation.

We were able to have open and respectful conversations regarding matters for which there is great debate online. Donna Jay demonstrated a wealth of knowledge to add to our own research. We appreciated being able to plan together solutions that felt okay for both of us. This reflected Donna Jay’s genuine care and professionalism.

Donna was recommended to us by a friend who had also had a puppy from her several years ago.
When contacting Donna for the first time she was very professional and attentive. She phoned me straight away and explained everything to us and the whole process. Being first time dog owners this was all so new to us.

When we came to collect our boy Donna was waiting for us with our little Coady in her arms, my son was so excited. We stayed with Donna for an hour and she explained everything to us, in detail and went through all the paper work and health tests with us.
She reassured us she was only at the end of the phone whenever we needed her. My son was very excited asking lots of questions but Donna made us feel so welcome and was so lovely to him.

We have a very confident, happy, laid back chilled puppy who is such a joy to have. Sleeping through the night already, 3 days after we’ve bought him home. I cannot recommend Donna enough, you can see how much time, effort and hard work she puts into her puppy’s and this shows so much.

We can’t thank Donna Jay enough! Three weeks ago we brought home Otis, he is such a smart, talented, cheeky, loving boy. He is crate trained, toilets outside, he knows how to sit,stay, lie down and is doing so well with his recall. The work that Donna puts into her puppies really does show. Thankyou not only for Otis, but for making the transition home so much easier.

I have never written a review before, but the service received from Donna Jays was and is amazing from the very start she listened to me and advised what breed would be best for my lifestyle and she was 100% right I am so glad I listened to her. From the moment I spoke to Donna Jay on the phone I knew I found the RIGHT breeder straight away, The Transparency, attention to detail and Ultimately the Love And Care that goes into every step for this pups first important weeks is bursting to see, Updates Videos and keep us in the loop along the way before we got to pick up our Little Shipoo. Everything was done properly throughly and we are so pleased with our Pup, She’s Pad trained Confident and happy She’s eaten toileted and flat out in the lounge content. We picked up our little cavapoo pup from Donna yesterday. She has settled so well. You can tell she's a well socialised pup who is comfortable around people and household noises etc. She slept through the night in her bed next to our other dog and we didn't hear a peep. Dry in the morning and used her puppy pad straight away. She has been using her puppy pads since arriving yesterday and she's only 9 weeks! Donna is very friendly and informative and knows her pups well. We got a gorgeous little welcome pack when we picked her up with some nice bits in, a really thoughtful extra. Thank you Donna, she will be well loved!

We have finally picked up our little boy Rooney from Donna, and wow what a delight he has been. He’s so calm, so happy and playful and we could not be happier. One of the main things we were worried about was toilet training, but I do not know why we were so worried! Our little boy came home after our 1 hour car journey and went straight to his puppy pad for a wee, and that is the last time it has been used. Every time he has needed the toilet since, he has jumped at our patio doors to go in the garden. No accidents in the house or in his crate at night. But this is total credit to Donna for putting the work in with the pups before we picked him up, the care and time she has given them since birth is really showing🐶🫶🏼Donna, thank you for being a big support to us since picking him up too, with being first time dog owners we have had lots of questions but Donna has been on hand every time to answer them, no matter what time of day, and we have really really appreciated it. Thank you for giving us the most perfect little boy and making our dreams become a reality😭❤️ would recommend to everyone and anyone, she truely is a 5* breeder xx

Donna is a fantastic lady and breeder. From my first point of contact she’s been knowledgable, kind and super helpful. Collected my beautiful Hugo today he is so confident and socialised. Hours car journey home, no issues, within 2 hours of being in his new forever home following lunch and a play he’s settled in his crate and fast asleep. A week ago today we collected our much loved baby girl, cavapoo, Ella, she has settled in really well, very loving & extremely intelligent, we can’t wait until we can take her out & looking forward to all the attention she is sure to attract!
