Donna is such a lovely lady & her heart is definitely in the right place when it comes to her fur baby's, I've just had a little cavalier king charles of her & you can tell that they've had the best start in life with Donna, she's always at the end of the phone to help with any questions that I have & always makes me feel at ease when it comes to nala 💗 if anybody is thinking about having a puppy go to Donna because honestly you won't get any better else where, her pups are healthy & well looked after, Donna you have made my kiddies the happiest kiddies in the world! Donna was extremely professional throughout the whole process of buying our dog. She kept in regular contact with us and provided lots of updates and information which really helped, including all relevant info on health checks. Donna clearly puts so much time and effort into her business and it really shows. She really cares about the dogs she breeds. What can I say. Donna was brilliant from the first time I spoke to her on the phone, to when we picked up our little baby girl yesterday. Donna’s knowledge in this field and experience is beyond reproach and any questions we asked were answered both confidently and re assuringly. Our priority when trying to find a breeder was somebody who put both the health and welfare of the dog above everything else. Donna excelled this area in every department with confirmation of health checks etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and would certainly use her again. From my first ever phone call with you I knew it was going to be you I purchase my puppy off… it was always going to be you! I was looking in to other breeders for months and as soon as I was recommended to you by a family member after just one call I knew exactly where to be!

None of the breeders I had spoken to compared to you at all! The time, effort, and care you put in to your dogs and pups is outstanding and they are lucky to have you! And us customers are even more blessed to know there are good breeders in the world like you!

We recently purchased a Cavapoo puppy from Donna Jay, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional! I was looking to introduce a dog to our family and was initially wanting to have a cavalier King Charles spaniel however my other half has allergies. Donna Jay was recommended to me as a reputable breeder and from the moment we spoke on the phone she was just so knowledgeable and informative she explained the Cavapoo breed and helped me decide if this was the right breed for our family. Throughout the process Donna responded to all my questions was happy to be contacted and discuss anything I needed to know all this despite at times being run down or poorly she still took the time to answer all my questions.

Now the real quality of Donna’s breeding shone through once Lyra came home. What we took home was not only the most gorgeous little fluff ball but a confident, well adjusted little lady with a stunning temperament and that is speaks volumes of Donna as a breeder. All vets have commented on my girls good quality and health and she’s just been a joy. I was so worried as I have 3 kids 2/6/8 and the anxiety of a dog being reactive with them was a real fear, but my girl has just slotted in perfectly with my older girl she loves snuggles on the sofa and my baby is like another puppy with her they enjoy more rambunctious play usually my 2yr old laughing hysterically as they chase each other. But Lyra displays such patience and care with the kids.

Recently I was in a local independent pet store watching a man by a lions worth of dog food. He said he had a dog de Bordeaux I said my cavapoo Breeder does those and he lit up and said “Donna Jay” he got his dog from Donna 6 years ago the entire pet store including staff were all talking about Donna and just what a fantastic breeder she is. I mean I live well over an hour from Donna her reputation for quality dogs. Another big plus is Donna only sells pups from dogs she owns not just the mom but the stud.

Going on the big puppy selling websites I could easily obtain a cavapoo puppy at half the price I paid for my Lyra. But if you want to buy a puppy on the cheap you really should reconsider getting one. The genetic health tests Donna has for her mating dogs is priceless especially for anything with cavalier in it! back yard breeders do not check these things and you could end up with a poorly dog. Not only that Donna only breeds from
Her own males/females chosen for their health and temperaments and trust me this is major as parents do pass on temperament traits to pups.

I couldn’t sing Donna’s Praises higher my family is complete with Lyra. If you are looking for a top quality breeder please look to Donna she’s exceptional.

From my first telephone conversation with Donna to finally picking up our puppy the whole experience has been so positive. Donna was amazing. Her communication was first class and she even took the time to FaceTime me when I wanted to see the puppies. She has a great knowledge and understanding of the breed and was happy to answer any questions we had. We were able to see the puppies Mum & Dad which was lovely too. The puppies were bathed before coming home with us and all documents ready for a very smooth handover.

What a lovely surprise the goodie bag was too. Everything you could want for a new puppy to settle into a new home and make the transition stress free. An amazing touch, even including a water bottle!

Once we got the puppies home Donna’s communication and continued support was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble, no matter how silly the question may have been.

It is clear that Donna loves all her dogs and we are so grateful that she trusted us to become their new parents.

We recently got a mini wire dachshund from Donna, and we couldn’t be happier! From the start, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about her dogs. She patiently answered all our questions and made sure we were ready to bring my new pup home.

When we arrived to pick up the puppy, we were impressed by how clean and loving the environment was. You could tell each dog was well cared for and loved. Our puppy is healthy, well-socialised, and has the cutest personality – a true testament to Donna’s care.

She talked us through all of the relevant paperwork for both the puppy and her parents and gave us some starter supplies, which was super helpful. Donna was brilliant at taking photos of our first time seeing our puppy, taking away the pressure to get photos and allowing us to truly enjoy our collection process.

If you’re looking for a puppy, we would highly recommend Donna. She really cares about her dogs and it shows. We have had experience with a couple of breeders in the past and can honestly say that none of them match Donna’s enthusiasm, care and levels of communication.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! Donna is one of the best breeders that I have ever come across. From the moment I saw the first picture of one of her miniature wire haired dachshunds I knew that she was the puppy for our family. I fell in love instantly and Donna made the whole process so easy with so much kindness and friendliness. I paid a deposit without hesitation and arranged a date and time for pick up. Donna met me and my daughter and it felt like we had known her for ages. Instantly bonded with the dog and we brought her home. Donna was always on hand for any queries we had and was tremendously helpful with after care and hints and tips. A very knowledgeable lady who loves and cares for her dogs and puppies. This is clear to see and is why I chose Donna in the first place. Skip forward a few months and Maddie is an amazing puppy with such lovely temperament and characteristics. You can see that she comes from a great family line. I highly recommend Donna and her puppies. We are so so lucky to have come across Donna on TikTok last year. Our baby girl Chilli (f1b cavapoo) is such a blessing! Her temperament is nothing short of amazing, she can be Timid but is always curious and her confidence grows leaps and bounds every week. She’s playful but has been ever so easy to train. Very smart and super affectionate - she loves cuddles and being in our company. Donna was super helpful, informative and friendly during our collection. I would recommend her in a heart beat. I am so lucky to have found Donna Jay! I had unfortunately lost my 16 week old Bulldog due to bad breeding last year and had left me completely heart broken. It was then that we found Donna with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. From the offset, Donna was really lovely & polite. She allowed us to come and view the puppies before we committed due to our circumstances. As the puppy was only 3 weeks old, understandably we were unable to hold him but we really didn’t need to! Donna kept us updated all the way through, with pictures. I was able to pick up my baby Rolo in December and he was perfect in every way. He has an amazing temperament and made himself straight at home. Could not have found a better puppy. Since picking him up, Donna has kept in touch, always checking how he is. I have since recommended family members to Donna because I have 100% faith in her, and have today picked up another one of Donna Jay’s Cavaliers. Not only did we find the perfect breeder, but we’ve found a friend for life. I strongly recommend Donna to anyone and we will most definitely be returning to her in the future. What can I say….. I have used this amazing women now for 2 years for a stud with my beautiful cavapoo. 1st litter I had problems with mum feeding etc and Donna was in the end of the phone giving advice and helping, now lucky 2 litter mum is feeding perfect. I can not recommend this incredible women enough, i recommend her once to a friend and I will carry on, and I will also go back to her for dog related things, my honest review is if you ever want to breed your dog or even buy a dog from a luxury home go to Donna she is honest a 5* xx

We recently collected our little 8 week miniature wirehair dachshund from Donna Jay. From start to finish she was professional, friendly and accommodating! Not only is our little puppy absolutely gorgeous but even selecting our puppy was a smooth process, receiving professional photos which a lot of breeders would bother to do. Wonderful experience!! I had been searching for a puppy for a very long time, got messed around loads and was unsure who to trust as there are so many back yard breeders, I went to Donna Jay and the experience from the get go was wonderful I couldn’t of asked for a better experience, Donna was very knowledgeable and couldn’t help enough and has made our family complete, all her dogs are health tested, healthy and happy dogs, the facility’s she has are outstanding and seeing dogs so happy and well cared for and loved really gave us confidence, I couldn’t recommend a better or more trust worthy breeder, Donna is there from the beginning and even if you need to pick up the phone, her puppies are all confident and happy and well put together, our puppy was so easy to toilet train as Donna had already started the process and put the time in, I can’t recommend Donna Jay enough! The most amazing breeder. Donna jay is a 5 star licensed breeder with almost 20 years experience. She lives for her dogs and her dogs and puppies come first. They are the all laboratory health tested and Donna will only let her puppies go to the best homes. Where her puppies will be looked after. After watching this amazing lady on social media and reading her amazing reviews. I knew that I would only purchase a puppy off Donna. After loosing my dog in May last year. I was heartbroken and so were my children. I knew when we were ready to welcome another dog into our lives, it would only be Donna I trusted. Donna gave me advice on which breed would be perfect for our family. Donna goes above and beyond for her dogs/puppies as well as her customers. Donna even offers to keep my puppy longer as we were in the middle of moving home. And there would be a delay. This delay could have been an extra month. Donna was willing for no extra charge to take care of my puppy. Please ignore any negative comments coming from social media as these people have no idea about how Donna works and it’s breaks my heart someone wants to ruin someone’s reputation and business, that she has worked tremendously hard at for 20 years. I am one of many extremely happy customers.
