We’ve had a survey before placing the order as we didn’t want to get the doors in the wrong measurements. The engineer who came was really helpful and knowledgeable. He explained us all the technical details. He was also very patient as we had a lot of questions. The whole team did a fantastic job. We love our new doors and are very happy with them.

The quality of the doors and installation was very good. We are very pleased with the look in our home. However, the communication is not great and took some time to get the information from the service about delays and expected reschedules etc. It took telephone calls and emails to the owner to get things moving for us. I am sure this was all going on in the back ground but we were not kept up to date and left wondering if we would get our 7K doors. I have fed this back to the company so my review wont be a surprise. The end result is a success tho. we are very please and they are good quality, just a little stressful for us getting there.

Avoid this company at all costs. Read the other bad reviews and you’ll see a clear theme with the aftercare - it is non existent. The manager, Eduard, does not care. He blames you for whatever goes wrong (even when the door is clearly defective and three joiners have confirmed so) and refuses to fix it. Completely lies and claimed I have removed parts from the door etc etc. Just embarrassing and shocking from start to finish. Four months of complaining and I’ve not been able to resolve it - now left with doors I can’t use that cost over £2000. They take your money via a bank transfer so you can’t get a refund and have to go through court (which we are doing). Trading standard apparently “aware” of this business. PLEASE save yourself and use another company.

Easy ordering process, everything is self-explanatory and convenient. The products are definitely better than the ones we looked up on competitor's site's.

Ok so I ordered an custom made frosted cupboard door with an image on it. I had to pay in full. However the ordering service was superb the help to get the image right could not be faulted 10/10. I was quoted 6 to 8 weeks and the it arrive 8 weeks later but we did have BREXIT in the middle.

However they really showed themselves up when I pointed out that the image was on the wrong side. I am being told that the installation is correct despite numerous emails and phone calls they will not budge
Everyone I show the door too all say it’s not right it’s been made back to front.

Despite paying and having their surveyor carry out a survey to ensure it was correctly made it’s still not right.

The contracts manager / director is hopeless and unable or unwilling to discuss any problem and just replies that the door has been installed correctly he is also able to contradict himself with his excuses as he keeps changing his mind.

He is not interested in resolving a problem just keeps repeating his claim that it is supposed to be like that he doesn’t seem as if he wants to even look at a complaint he seems to think by ignoring your complaints you will go away

I ordered two internal doors and paid the deposit on 3 Nov 2020. I was informed they would be fitted between 8-12 weeks. it is now 16 weeks and I still have not had the doors fitted. I have on three occasion phoned doors4uk and been told the contract manager (George) will call me back as he is busy on another call. He obviously has no idea of how to provide good customer relations as this so called contract manager has failed to call me on every occasion, the only contact I have had from him is a very badly written short email stating they would push my 2nd payment back to 22 Feb2021as the doors were still not ready. I have ready many reviews stating the product is of excellent quality, unfortunately that can not be said about their customer handling by the contract manager

Incompetent and unreliable service - I'll never use them again

After they take your money they don't keep you informed.

You'll have to chase them up at every stage.

- Chase to get delivered x3
- Chase to find out why delivery never arrived x2
- Chase to get it redelivered

Gave delivery dates and don't deliver.Gave another delivery date and delivered to somewhere else!

Arrived after 14 weeks
Didn't have any paper work and Doors4UK refused to provide it.
The manager doesn't care.

The German door quality is great.
Doors4UK is just a crap intermediary for your order.

In future I'll be using doorsets or doorhaus
or any other company to place my next order.
