Recently visited doors galore, the staff were extremely helpful and they had a great variety of choices. Can honestly say it was a great service from purchase to delivery. Will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. I ordered doors and handles my mistake needed one door smaller in size was no problem new one ordered slight delay but that’s a manufacturer delay sorted out for return and exchange. Even arranged Sunday morning delivery before 9 am due to my husband going for surgery. Ordered more door handles for upstairs arrived next morning great company ***** definite 5 star review.

Placed an order for fd30 door casings just over a week ago. Last Mondsy had an email to confirm if Friday 17 was a suitable delivery date, I responded that evening confirming acceptance, following day had the same emsil this time with bold black text stating ( unless we receive conformation it will be delayed by 7 to 10 days. I conformed again Friday is OK. Next day had email to confirm delivery address (this was on the order) my email signature has company address, this also had the bold black demand, Thursday Frankie calls the lady who is down as a contact for delivery and is rude to said lady. I call and I'm informed Doors Galore and not my servants. Refund is now received and won't be dealing with them again

Excellent service and fast delivery

Excellent experience all round. I had a couple of questions about a door I was looking at to match our existing Victorian doors as closely as possible - very responsive and great recommendations. Fantastic product that was delivered earlier than expected and is going to look great. Thanks!

Bought an expensive pre-treated external composite oak cladded door. The cladding has bowed and split in less than 2 years and the manufacturer has refused to honour their guarantee.

Fantastic customer service. I bought 3 doors with hinges, handles and locks a few years ago. We decided to do all the other doors in the house the same and went back to Doors Galore to order them. Unfortunately our size was no longer available from the factory but Frankie did a fab job in locating stock and we placed the order. When everything arrived we discovered one of the locks was missing a part, a quick call to Frankie and she supplied a whole new lock free of charge!! What's not to like !! Fantastic people and fantastic customer service! Matt

Great family run business Frankie was very knowledgeable and helpful as we chose our fire rated double glass doors. On delivery the doors were inspected and without any hesitation one was exchanged. The new door however did not match but nothing was too much trouble and one of the original ones was exchanged. Needless to say the doors now hung look stunning and a big thank you to Frankie and the team

Ordered 7 doors for a house renovation and loft conversion. I found the staff really knowledgeable and helpful. They assisted me in finding the right product to suite the 1930s style of our house. Delivery was on time. The doors look amazing and am so happy with the finished product.

From the first phone enquiry to delivery and installation of my two outside composite doors I received the highest stand of customer service. I highly recommend Doors Galore and am delighted with the doors. The fitter was recommended by them as I didn’t know who to use. He was pleasant, thorough and tidy. I’d definitely use them again.
