Customer service is second to none. Frankie was brilliant from start to finish. She helped with my very specific delivery instructions, doors to one address, handles and intumescent strips for fire doors to another, guided me on what I would need and was just brilliant... I would definitely go to this company again if I ever change the doors in my own house

Ordered 7 Belize doors, so much better than anything we had seen elsewhere, also the black ironmongery again quality was excellent. All delivered promptly and efficiently.

door was damaged and arrived without any packaging. Contacted immediately, unhelpful and rude response. Do not buy from this cowboy company.

Reading the reply from this unworthy comapny, I want to point out that at no point it was indicated that door will be delivered without packaging. It is absolutyely irrelevant who transported the door inside the house and it is absolutely false to state the door was thoroughly inspected. As stated do NOT buy from this company

Wonderful staff, would use again

Ordered 2 doors kept them in the protective packaging until carpenter was ready to hang them. Once opened found door were damaged, called door galore to report the damage, they insinuated I had damaged the doors, absolute joke of a company. Extremely poor customer service. Can’t even be bothered to deal with them anymore.

We ordered 12 doors and initially had an issue in getting these delivered in time. The office team were helpful in giving me the driver's details and Bill (the delivery man) has been an absolute star. He did everything he could to deliver these when we needed them. It is nice to receive personal customer service like this. Very impressed.
