They messed up their UX. Use to be easy to draw on PDFs. Now apparently they have removed the right menu and I just spent 10minutes trying to figure out their new UX. Still couldn't find out how to draw on the PDF.

It use to be good - used it for a couple years, but haven't in a few months. Will be uninstalling and using something else.

By mistake I cancelled my account. I send an e-mail to find solution and they help me and fix my problem quickly.

This is the only software I've found that allows me to easily and extensively annotate PDFs. I like how many tools there are and their quality, and I especially like the student discount from $480 to $20 for 3 years on their highest tier plan. It sometimes crashes, but nothing is lost, even when it's a local document, and this could be due to something on my end also. I used to use OneNote for annotating textbooks, assignments, etc. I much prefer this.

Was paying $9.99 a month for pro plan. To be frank they've always had the issue of not properly transferring subscription information every time they have some kind of model update, but I'm not a fan of the fact they would have just charged me and left me with the basic plan had I not noticed lol.

Historically terrible company, I care for no refund - 6 years of patronage and enduring your rough patches, just for this?

I have now had a refund and they have confirmed they have cancelled the subscription. I have increased the rating from 1 to 2 stars. My original post was: Be Careful. I didn't realise I had signed up for them to auto-renew every year without notice. Mid term in the first year I reached out to my designated contact and he ignored me. I haven't been able to use the software since. Look at the website and how difficult it is to cancel your subscription. They were very quick to reply to say they couldn't refund, (or indeed cancel the subscription). So quick nobody could type that fast, it must be a copy and paste reply so they must get it quite often. They are not so quick to reply when you have email proof that they are in the wrong. Use them at your peril.

Drawboard PDF is really useful, especially since I’m a student, and the Support Team is really quick - it helped me a lot. + The App is really easy to use !

I was an early suporter of Drawboard and did an one time purchase before the change to a suscription based model. My purchase was of no use anymore after the change of Drawboard to the subscription based model until I learnt, that Drawboard offers a Legacy License for early suporters which just cover the Features that where moved to the subscription plans.

The process of validating my original purchase and granting the Legacy License took just one Day by the Suport Team of Drawboard. The communication with the Support Team was fast, very friendly and very helpful.

I used Drawboard al lot for handwritten annotations in pdfs during my studies and I'm delighted that I now have acces to my original experience with Drawboard.

Once the support team understood my issue, they responded to every email within a day or less. Their replies were consistently quick, helpful, and included clear suggestions to try. They genuinely listened, actively worked on resolving my problem, and maintained a courteous tone throughout our conversations. Overall, it was an excellent support experience.

The Support team solved my problem real quick, even though it was my own fault that the Problem with my subscription happened.

I ran into some issues logging into my account through Microsoft. I reached out to Drawboard support, and they were able to help me move my email to a different account so I could log in through their portal.

They were very helpful with an excellent response time. Overall, I was able to get the help I needed.

Drawboard has completely replaced the other very well known reader on my work system and at home. I love the way I can mark up a print using a writing tablet as if I am working on a piece of paper. In my job, I do a lot of checking of engineering prints. This has helped me to no longer need to print out documents then grabbing a pen to mark them up. This does have various colors of pens and high lighters. I have not found another PDF editor to do what Drawboard has been able to do for me.

Easy to use and had many tools and options to choose from. I recommend this product to my peers and colleges.

I had an issue verifying my official school email from Saudi Arabia, as the system didn't recognize the domain. I contacted the support team, and they were very helpful. They manually verified my account and fixed the issue. I can now access the student discount on my Windows 11 device without any problems. Highly recommended for students who need a professional PDF tool!

The level service to understand my issue and then to provide a fix asap was tremendous customer service. would recommend this software to anyone

I have been using the free version of this app for quite sometime and now upgraded to a paid subscription. Every penny is worth the experience.

Shout out to the drawboard support team for a quick response. My university email address did not have ".edu" ending and the support team quickly verified my educational institute's email address and I was able to get the discount.

Thank you Drawboard for making a great app. It would be even better if somehow MathPix OCR type technology be incorporated where one could extract latex code for the by simply hand writing the mathematical expressions.

I liked that my issue was addressed quickly by a real person, and that they were genuinely concerned, and kept me in the loop during their process to resolve. Once resolved, it was a nice touch that they followed up with me to confirm everything was back to normal.
