Fake company, placed order on APRIL STILL HASN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING. I WISH I HAVE KNOWN THAT BEFORE

I have ordered over 2 months ago, no refund,fake tracking number. DO NOT ORDER HERE they are thieves!!!!

Same as everyone else - been waiting for more than three months, and they refuse to refund me.

Ordered in April! Nev er received anything...I followed up in May they give me a tracking number and still nothing. I looked it up on their website and now is magically not working. Very disappointed. This was a gift for my daughters dad for her to paint. What a joke....someone needs to take this site down before they rip off more innocent people. Wasted 80.00 to get paintings for my family to paint while in quarantine. So upset

Would love to give this company 0 stars. I ordered $75 worth of products on March 21. It’s July 13 and they still haven’t arrived. Emailing them is a waste of time. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and they reached out to me and asked me to cancel my dispute and it was COVID’s fault my order was lost. Don’t waste your time. There are plenty of paint by numbers elsewhere.

I'd give 0 stars if I could...Ordered April 6 and it is July 12 and I have still not received the order. Hoping one day it will magically appear.

I ordered over 60$ worth of products April 11th. Its now July 12th, still nothing. They've responded that due to covid its taking a long time... which is complete bull. This company is a scam. They respond to every email without any resolution and you're not allowed a refund until AFTER you receive your order. Convenient when you never actually receive your order. I was given a "tracking number" that hasn't changed since May. I wish there was a way to hold them accountable and get my money back. Or the actual product! They look so cool! I'm so completely bummed.

Thieves!! Don't order from them!!! This company is awful! Customer service sucks! Ordered in March and still nothing. They will take your money and send you fake tracking, mind you that doesn't work half the time and lie to you about shipping! DO NOT PAY FIR ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This personalized paint-by-number was a great stress reliever at the end of a long quarantine. The finished product turned out awesome and is going to provide years of a cherished memory with my family. I agree with the other reviewers that the delivery of the product was slow (hence a 4 not a 5), but then Americans seem to want Amazon express delivery on everything. The quality of the finished product was definitely worth the wait!

A complete sham. Save your time and money please. The product never arrived and you'll keep getting lies from some random email they call their customer service.

If I could leave a 0-star review, I would. I purchased a product the 1st week of April and was told to expect it by the beginning of May; no big deal, I completely understood that the world was delayed. May came and went, no delivery, tracking link lead to a dead page. I contacted the company and was told that it shipped in May 1, it would be here "soon." Once June ended, I contacted the company again and was given another dead tracking link. I still have not received my product and have filed a complaint with my bank for 'goods not received and will be getting my payment refunded. What a waste.

This company is horrible.. I ordered my paints in April haven't received it, I sent emails and I got the same answer Sorry your paints are on the way. I got a tracking order that never works. They refused to give me my money back. Do not buy anything here

Like others ordered in April and still have not recvd my paint. I was very patient until the "tracking" i recvd looked generic and was a PDF. By the time i get this crap it will be time for Christmas, maybe I will gift them to someone because now I'm not even interested in painting.

This company is a scam. Don't buy. They take your money and never deliver the product. STAY AWAY

I got mine today after waiting 3 months. I actually forgot i ordered it. It's pretty but doesn't come with any instructions and I'm nervous ill mess it up and run out of paint.

I came here to look for help painting, but I guess I'm the only person who got their order.

Terrible scam. Fresh Desk is the company supporting the fraud. Spam them with reviews too!! You will see all your email scam responses are "via FreshDesk".

Ordered in April, still haven't received my order. Customer service is a joke and refuses to refund my money. I wish I had seen all of the horrible reviews before purchasing back on April 2!!
The tracking number they gave is fake and they refuse to acknowledge!
