Just like everyone else. Ordered in April 9, it's July 7th and still have not received anything. Writing to them is a waste of time. They always say they sent it and covid this and covid that but it never gets here. I received a tracking code a month ago and I still get an "info unavailble" for it.

Giving them a 1 is generous but it makes me select something. I ordered on April 2, 2020 and have yet to receive it. They continue to say it's it's in route but there's no shipping information. Won't give a refund. This company is a fraud. Dont trust them.

Just like the rest... total scam.

I have been going back and forth with the "support" team and there is nothing I can do to get my money or products back.

Same as all the others - not only did I not receive what I ordered but they sent me an email asking me to rate their company and product! The nerve :(

ITS COMPLETELY A SCAM!!!!! Never received my products and they just take your money. Absolutely unbelievable, and every time I reached out they assured me everyone gets their products. This is not true.

I never received my order. The company claims it was shipped two months ago, and so they cannot give a refund. It is a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This is a big rip off. I ordered their product for my friend's birthday back in April and guess what????.....it's still not here. I finally had to stop payment on my credit card and I suggest that everyone do the same. The tracking info is bogus and these people are thieves. I could have taken a hamster ferry to China faster than this.

Ordered from these guys off of Instagram and definitely think I got scammed. First of all, my bank charged me out of country fees when they processed my card. Placed my order on May 1st and still haven’t received it. I did get an email reply back one month ago and they blamed COVID for the delay. I haven’t been able to get them to respond back since. I wish Instagram would do a better job screening businesses they allow to advertise with them. Avoid this company and find another one that offers the same products but actually ships them! They’re dang website stated items ship within 24hrs!

This isn't a scam is it? It's not like I paid for something I never got... oh wait, that's exactly what happened! Order placed back in April and still hasn't arrived. No Tracking available. Stupendously awful service. However, thanks to the scanty semi-positive reviews, I am about 21% hopeful to get it in this Twilight Zone year of 2020. Perhaps they're just trying out a new wormhole shipping method that can't be tracked but is sure to arrive on your doorstep in some alternate universe or something, so really they're like pioneering the next delivery breakthrough.

Never received my order, customer service is non-exsistent. Totally robbed me.

I ordered my paintings over 3 months ago and never received my order. I emailed customer support and never received an answer.

Is..... not... a... scam??? What?? My *custom* order arrived today (I placed my order early April, and it arrived late June.

I wouldn’t actually rate them 4 stars but wanted to give hope to everyone who thinks they got played and lost out on money.

I tried canceling my order as soon as I made it bc I, for whatever reason, didn’t read any reviews until afterwards. I even made a dispute through PayPal (which got denied bc they wanted me to wait to see if it actually arrived).

Well... it arrived. Not really mad it took that long considering the price I paid, but idk how they expect us to trust them in the first place when the tracking of their packages is sooo sketchy. I do feel bad for continually calling out the guy for being a scammer but at least he got to keep my money? Lol?

How sad this is. I was so excited to receive my painting but like everyone else I didn’t get it either. Is there a way to report this company so nobody else gets ripped off? DO NOT BUY!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered 3 months ago, they accepted payment right away and still no product. I have reached out around 5 or 6 times and keep getting the same generic response. They always give a tracking number that goes no where. Total joke! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I plan to file fraud on the charge on my account. Wish I would have looked at reviews prior to my $65 purchase.

AWFUL COMPANY! I ordered my painting 2 and a half months ago and have yet to receive my order. Truly insane. Their customer service is of no help. Go to amazon and purchase something similar. Do not give Drawlify your money.

Ordered early April, emailed them about not getting what I ordered early this month. Crappy email about how my order is in transit, yeah sure, almost July and nothing. It's a freaking scam, do not order from here!

Is it even worth saying? I never received my order either. It's been 3 months and I've contacted them 4 different times. They give me some BS about covid and say I can't have a refund until I receive my product. 😂 That's kind of hilarious really.

I would actually give this a zero DO NOT ORDER FROM DRAWLIFY they are scammers I ordered my painting 3 month ago I have sent numerous emails and still here we are going into JULY and still no painting. Ive asked for a refund and they say that they can't give one until i receive my painting which is totally asinine since Im never getting it. DO NOT waste your money.

This company does not send the product and will not refund my money. It is a scam. If I could give no stars I would. Agreeing with all the other reviews here. SHAME Thieves!
