Everything the guys do a dreamfruit just fills the room with drive and ambition. Amazing guys who clearly spend ample amounts of time researching and understanding and as a result present some of the most vibrant tasty and energising fruit combinations you may or may not have heard of. Great products! My personal favourite of the dreamfruit products would definitely be the power up mango drink bursting with so many different flavours (not just mango) and eerily energising. Overall the team are incredible to be around with spectacular products and are/have built a very reputable name you can always rely on.

I have never seen such bad service. i ordered on March 10th and hadn’t got my order for 2 months so i sent an and the only reply was them asking for my order number and once i replied i never got a reply back. I sent an other email on June 2nd and i still haven’t got a reply

Saw these guys on Instagram. Been following for a while and had to try it myself. I was so impressed!! I’m not a big fruit and veg lover, but with these I look forward to getting my 5-a-day in every day, with all the vitamins, and benefits these fruit offer. Tasty, fresh, and not to forget the service-you can tell how much the owners of this business care about their product and customer satisfaction.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would definitely recommend and be ordering again🤗

In your dreams you receive the fruit. In reality you receive nothing, not even a reply. You could grow your own quicker.

Haven’t received my order for about 3 months now had to email customer service after a month to see what is happening with my order said they would look into it asap didn’t hear anything on email for about 3 weeks so had to resort to messaging by Instagram, spoke to someone on there who said they would sort it out, they sent out a new second order box for me they never turned up then they said they would send a refund, I messaged how the refund would be sent didn’t hear anything back then I messaged back about 5 days after about how the refund will be sent and still never herd anything back, I’ve had to contact my bank about getting the refund back!

Taking more than 3 weeks to refund for order that has been placed month ago.

Contacted support 15th april for refund
No refund @ 30th april

Have not received the order. They said they would cancel it and send a new batch free of charge but I haven't heard any reply or confirmation afterwards. It has been 2 months since the last reply.

Not received my order from 9 weeks ago. Contacted company several times, left messages and sent copy of my order receipt, still no answer. This is not acceptable, will be contacting my bank for the money back and reporting Dreamfruit. Would have left 0 stars.

Horrible company run by horrible people.

Order this on the 11th of February still haven’t received it and when asking confirmation I was told I would expect it either Wednesday 21st or Thursday 22nd and now they stop responding to my messages

I placed my order with dream fruit over 2 weeks ago, confirmation came through but nothing since, no dispatch info sent out. I followed up a week later with an email and still no response, I then went to the chat service they offer and got an automated messaged, I left all my details and screenshots of my order and followed through with a another email. A week later still no response. Only option I have now is to request a refund from my bank. They do not have a contact number and realistically speaking ignoring emails and the messages left on the customer service portal is not acceptable.

Booked Dreamfruit for my mums 70th birthday. The fruits were deliciously fresh and incredibly sweet and the presentation was impeccable! Their knowledge and service was also exceptional. Not only was there new flavours for the younger generations but it was very special for the older generation and brought back many memories of their childhood in Mauritius! Thank you dreamfruit for adding a special fruity touch to mums birthday!

I have been seeing a lot of football players and teams with their fruit recently so had to give it a try!

I was not disappointed at all!! I've signed up for a monthly subscription so I can keep trying the fresh new flavours!!

Highly recommended for anyone that enjoys new flavours when it comes to fruits.

I ran a 4-week Muay Thai summer camp for young people aged 4-16yrs in Tower Hamlets throughout August 2023. As an attempt to try something new outside of the typical supermarket produce, I introduced exotic fruits to participants supplied by Dreamfruit UK.

Safe to say that they love it as well as their parents.

Most having never tried any of the fruit provided. Dragonfruit, mangosteen, Pattaya, rambutan just to name a few. The overall favourite was the sugarcane!

Dreamfruit UK provided fruit pots, 100% fruit ice poles called ‘Power Pops’ and smoothies to allow our young people to experience fruits in a variety of ways.

The team at Radojunkie are really grateful and we will definitely be using your services again and again.
