It has been over the 5 working days and I still to this day haven't received my order?? I have ordered from here before and it was fine but this time i have had no updates and minimal responses for my order. How long has it been in transit???? I don't want to receive rotten fruits.

Great range of deliciousness 😋
Brought this for my partner, he was actually speechless but the huge variety and had a field day trying new and old fruits. They came without any bruises and contact with the seller was sufficient and polite.

Could be better
Was terribly packaged everything just thrown lose in a large box.
Many pieces
were damaged.
There were a couple of things that should have been binned not sold as we're like mush inside as gone past ripe.

Hi David, sorry to hear your experience wasn't what was expected and the fruit wasn't the quality we would have hoped for you to receive.
With regards to packaging, our Starter Packs usually fit snug inside the boxes we use. I have looked in to your delivery record and I believe the problem may have been due to the delivery time. I can see that delivery took one day longer than it should have (we use a 'next day' courier). When this happens, it increases the chances of fruit ripening and getting damaged. All fruit is of the absolute highest standard when we pack it.
Please could you provide some pictures to info@dreamfruit.uk so we can assess what was damaged and look to compensate you accordingly.

Excellent service, clean and fresh
Great and fast delivery! I’ve had my fruits for over 3 days now and most are still fresh :) love the yellow dragon fruit! So far is my favourite! Will be ordering another box next week :D

I ordered and didn't receive my order…
I ordered and didn't receive my order in the allocated time. I was told it was delivered but it wasn't and then got told it was delivered to a different number flat. I went there are there was nothing at the alternative address. I then got refunded for my order and offered a free box that would be delivered Thursday or Friday. At Friday 8pm I still had not received the order, so had to chase it up and then it was delivered at 9pm.

Don’t waste your money
Literally all the fruit I got in my mystery box I could have brought from Tesco. Some of it was even mouldy when it arrived. 100% wouldn’t recommend
