Good service and selection but we received substitutes for some items and we were not asked if this was ok so we had some disappointment when opening the packaging. I contacted the company via email but sadly received no reply. Other than that was arrived was good quality and nicely packaged.

I am giving dreamfruit 4/5 stars even though unfortunately 24hrs after arrival my fruit went mouldy. I reached out, they called me straight away with solutions as to how to rectify and a full refund. Incredible customer service, Ben was amazing!

Box of fruit arrived on time and really fresh as it was for a gift it was really well packed.
The only one issue I found was there was no card to say what each of the fruits were or origin and it would have been really nice to now what was in the box

First time ordering the box, payment system straight forward and website is easy to understand and order. My 2 let downs were, didn't receive an email to say it was dispatched as I was sending it to mum, It was hand delivered with no name on the box by a gentleman, so my mum was suspicious of even taking the box. There is nothing wrong with hand delivery but just have the staff say what it is, or place the name on the box. My 2nd one is, not sure if you do, do this already but a leaflet explaining the fruit inside the box, not everyone is available to view your website if it's sent as a gift. Other than that the fruits were lovely and sweeeet will definitely order again.

So I must honestly say that I 💯 highly recommend dreamfruituk. The customer service is so commendable and reassuring. I was fortunate to also recieve a replacement for my 1st order ever placed with company with a repeat of the same items due to fruits being unfortunately in a bit of bad batch. I was very pleased with 2nd batch fruits (Guinep & Lychee) sent, so much fresher and absolutely deliscous to taste. Packaging and delivery is also superb 👍🏽🤗 I definately looking forward make another purchases here and I am all for supporting small business, esp black owned 👏🏽💪🏽 #ThanksDreamFruit! #HappyWithOrder

Omg!!! This exceeded my expectations so much! I got delivered a heavenly box of happiness! I cant wait to order again. Me and my son sat and tasted all the different fruits. It was so fun and the smell was incredible! They were all delicious. Thankyou so much for making our day!

I did email the company with pictures last week but didn’t get any reply.

This issue has been resolved very quickly and i am very happy with the results. All the damaged fruits were replaced and delicious.

it was good to try new fruits but i was thinking that dragonfruit would be included, as i asked on insta if they were in stock.

Definitely recommend Dreamfruit! I've ordered from them three times now and always had a great service from ordering and delivering. The delivery person is always friendly and attentive to the customer, my mother is now a customer. I also like that (through social media) you are also notified of new fruits in season or available.
