my order came much quicker than I was expecting. The fruit was great quality and delicious

I ordered several white guavas, they arrived just outside the 5-day delivery time and were delivered with bonus fruits.

The guava's were sweet, fresh and absolutely delicious. I had so much nostalgia enjoying this wonderful treat.

The founder contacted me regarding the slight delay, and was very sincere and honest. Reading through several reviews, I can see that some customers have not had a great experience, but I was honestly so touched by his amazing customer service. I hope that other customers can give Dreamfruit a try, as I can attest they are doing an amazing job, and really do care about customer satisfaction.

I would avoid if you’re impatient. I ordered with dreamfruit quite a large order of over £100. At first I was contacted by Connor (the founder) by phone about an item that needed substitution as it was no longer in stock, he stated he would substitute it for a different fruit at a similar price which I was fine with. The order never arrived within the 3 - 5 working day delivery time, so I attempted to reach out via email. No response. I texted. No response. Until I finally called and received a text back shortly after stating that my order would be looked into. I was then apologised to about the delay and told my box would arrive on the saturday and that i would receive a 15% refund as compensation as well as extra fruits. None of this was fulfilled, I received no notification from the courier and it’s the following Monday and my text message regarding the fact I haven’t received my box on the promised date has been read and ignored so unfortunately I’ve had to make a claim through paypal to refund my money. I would rather the fruit arrive but I doubt it will at this point. Extremely frustrating and bad customer service.

A much better experience this time around. I can only lavish praise on this company, and it’s co founder (Connor Malcolm). Who ensured I received high quality fruit and in a timely manner. I endorse Dreamfruits fully.

I was going to give them 3 stars as my order didn't arrive the expected day. The following dayI sent an email to chase my order and had no reply, I then sent a text that was not getting delivered. Comunication needs some work. I'm glad I called up as someone replied and I was told my order was delayed a little bit but it will be posted the next working day with extra fruits. It did, but no extra fruits! The longan are absolutely delicious and my 5 yr old daughter wanted me to let them know this and said the longan was worth 5 starts lol. We tried the star fruit and dragon fruit for the 1st time. The Guava and the sungold kiwis were nice too. I didn't feel so bad as delivery was free and fruit was fresh and delivery was only late by a few days. We will order again I think.

Delivery took much longer than expected, had to chase several times. Fruit was delicious.

Shocking service!!! I ordered from Dreamfruit on 8th Feb, no communication of order having been received/processed. Emailed info@... on 15th Feb as still no email to say my order had been dispatched. Woke up on 19th Feb with a text message saying the order will be delivered THAT MORNING!
The website needs to manage the expectations of their customers better. I regularly check my Spam folder and received no communication from dreamfruit.uk at all.
No list of fruit that was packaged so my friend (whom I gifted a variety fruitbox for) had to go onto the website & hunt down/search each fruit. Why there isn't an invoice of some sort specifying what fruit was packaged to make the search easier is quite inconvenient!

I received an email advising me the order was delayed two days after the expected delivery date.
They advised order will be fulfilled the next week. I've been waiting since and despite contacting the company for a refund, my email is yet to be acknowledged!

Update - order has finally arrived. Lovely fresh fruit really well packaged. I hope whatever supply/delivery problems dreamfruit are having get sorted as product is really good.

Made my order and was told I would receive it in 3-5 days. 15 days later still not received anything and the company is not responding to me. Basically robbed me

I’m pretty sure that this is an amazing company and fruits but I’ve had a very bad experience with them I ordered my stuff ever 5 to 6 weeks ago I hadn’t received my products Then had to go through my bank in order to get my money back

Trustable company, although very late delivery so be prepared to be patient

Great range of fruit. Also love the very helpful leaflet explaining each item in the basket.

5* all around! The pro pack fruit delivery came on time being well packaged with a nice variety and quantity of fruit which i never thought could taste so nice. I now get my 5 a day from Dreamfruit, keep up the good work 👍

It has been over 11 days and still I haven’t got my order. I have emailed them 5 days ago and they haven’t replied to my email either.

I always like to help young companies, but this is not great.

Can I have an update on my order.

No delivery, no communication. Avoid!
