Delivery was on time. The two fitters were very efficient and careful when removing old bed and fitting new king size ottoman. They double checked positioning and ran through operation of bed, mattress care and safety feature. They left the room clean and tidy and job done quickly.

Great service in store and efficient, on time delivery.

Lady approached me straight away and guided me how to chose my bed, got to know me, and was so knowledgable, the delivery drivers were on time, friendly and got things set up in about 20 mins

I have experienced my new double bed mattress for just over 2 weeks. I am pleased with it as it is just the right amount of firmness. The delivery men were polite, courteous and friendly.

The detail that David went into to ensure we made the correct decision was something special and we thank him for his detailed solutions.

The mattress tester was good the customer service was first class the guys that built bed again first class and the information about airing the mattress I wouldn't have known can not fault

I was looking for a specific an ottoman bed frame in the showroom in Abbotsinch, Renfrewshire. Paula, the sales assistant was very helpful and showed me the one I was looking for. She confirmed the size I required and also the option of getting the delivery chaps to assemble the bed, which I accepted. She explained every detail and made sure that I understood what I was paying for. When the bed was delivered it only took the chaps 20 minutes to assemble. They took all the packaging away with them.

Having the best nights sleep every night,comfy bed,what more can I say.
The staff at the store were so helpful, the lady who attended to me was so helpful, I have never tried so many beds in my life, she was making sure I picked the right one for me, and I did.

When i arrivedat dreams i was made very welcome by gerry and the two women who work in the store i was offered some water fromone of the nice women who work in dreams i chosse a mattress GBTEAM when i chose the mattress one of the women stor assistant said that i was entiled to a free double duvet and two free pillows when i purshsed a mattres protctorgerry who servd me gave me a discount on the mattress since i have had my new mattre i have hadvery goodnights sleeps the two delivery drives who deliverd the matters where nice and courtes whenthey deliverd the mattress i would highly recommend dreams

All round excellent service from Mark his advice in the Paisley store was very much appreciated and was more confident when I had decided on my choice of mattress…very friendly store and was looked after..Paula and the team where so lovely…the order and delivery of my purchase by the Dream Team guys was top notch Dreams will be my go to store for any future purchases I may need.

Whole process was impressive. Delivery arrived on time, old bed removed, new bed frame assembled. Guys were polite and helpful, lifting the mattress, stored elsewhere, onto the bed. All packaging removed for recycling. Amazing job!

Salesman was excellent at Abbotsinch branch, very knowledgeable & took his time, no sales pressure ( which I liked) & got us the perfect mattress.

I will never shop anywhere else for beds and pillows! I have never experienced such amazing customer service as I did from Paula at Dreams in Abbotsinch. From start to finish she was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable that it made the whole process a breeze. I realised I had made a mistake with sizing after ordering the bed and when I went back in to the store, Paula made changing my order so easy. The whole team working there were incredibly sweet to my 3 year old niece and Paula expertly helped all 3 adults choose their perfect pillows. The store is also spotless. I hope Dreams know what a special team they have working in this location!
