From visiting the Aintree shop to the delivery of our mattress the service was excellent. Our mattress is excellent value and so comfortable.

I asked for a hard mattress and when it arrived it is not hard. I tried the same one in the shop but it felt very different. I’m patiently waiting for the 30 days use to pass at the moment I will be handing it back.

VERY GOOD SERVICE

We purchased new bed and mattress after looking at many beds in store with the assistance of Lyndsey who was very professional and friendly. Before trying beds we used the sleep “test” and found what type of mattress we both may like. After deciding on which mattress we liked we then picked a bed with ottoman storage. Final purchase process was straightforward booking delivery date with bed assembly and disposal of our old bed. We were very happy with service in store. Delivery was straight forward with a professional service from delivery team.

Delivery staff were very helpful no issues at all. We were supported in our decision of mattress and couldn’t be happier with it!

I found the staff very friendly and approachable. I was asked if I needed any assistance, which I did. The staff member discussed my requirements and I was given the opportunity to try out their dreams machine which identified the type of mattress I needed. I was not rushed in any way. The mattress was delivered on time to a room of my choice.

From the start we had great customer support from Dan in Aintree who helped us pick what was likely to be our perfect bed and mattress. It wasn't cheap but we now know, with beds, you definitely get what you pay for. The delivery team couldn't have been more professional, everything explained and no hassle. Then came our first night in our new bed. Oh my days, the Tempur mattress just moulded to the shape of your body giving unbelievable support. The free Tempur pillows and duvet added to the experience, altogether giving my wife and I the best sleep ever....no aching hips or backs. We have just returned from a short break away and couldn't wait to be reunited with our bed. Thanks Dreams for everything.
