Extremely professional and efficient service.

We recently purchased a king size Tempur mattress from Dreams and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service we received. From the moment we walked into the store through to the delivery of the mattress, the entire process was seamless and professional.

The sleep matching system was brilliant and made choosing the right mattress so much easier — honestly, we only wish we’d done it sooner. The mattress we ended up choosing is perfect for us and has made a huge difference already.

The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout, without being at all pushy like we’ve experienced in other stores. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish and I’d highly recommend both the sleep matching system and Dreams to anyone looking for a new mattress.

It's our third bed and mattress from Dreams and on each occasion it has been effortless. The delivery was bang on time and I was able to self-build a double ottoman almost single handedly (in 3 hours). Daughter is more than happy and sleeping better than before, so what is not to love?

Great friendly staff who inspired confidence with their product knowledge. Enjoyed a coffee. The only thing that let them down was that although they were able to quote me a price, they couldn't let me have a copy.(Either printed or e-mailed) Apparently Head Office banned it. With an expensive purchase you need time to go away and have a think.

One thing that helped if that they deliver the new bed and dispose of the old. The two young delivery men were very friendly and inspired confidence. Again they did a great job.

Every time we went to the shop all the staff were helpful and attentive. We bought a mattress, but unfortunately it was unsuitable so we arranged to change it as per there guarantee. We arranged this through their customer services. Spoke to a young man, Arbaz, who was helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service from beginning to end.

Quick delivery within 3 days and I was kept updated every step of the way, right to the delivery.
Our delivery drivers Sean and Adam were very helpful, polite, cheerful and delivery was bang on time.

We visited Dreams at Andover Hampshire. The young lady who greeted us was Lulia Mirela. She was friendly and so helpful. She showed real patience with my indecisions and did not pressurize me in any way. She was very knowledgeable about your products and I have to say she was the best assistant I’ve experienced in a long time! I only wish other shop assistants could learn from her how to communicate with customers.
