We were offered coffee and the assistant took time to go through various options. The assistant was friendly and gave us various different options.

Went looking for a new mattress and was assisted by Louis who put me on the machine to test type of mattress suitable to how i lay etc
Interesting experience as always feel an idiot rolling around a bed in full view of the public but have to trust technology right ?. It then recommends suitable mattresses surprise surprise starting at top end price. However ultimately of course your decision and no pushy sales
Decision made i paid for it and prompt free delivery next week with a £60 mattress recycle scheme fee to dispose of your old one which i guess is fair in todays climate. The only thing that really annoyed me is they want £49 just to take it upstairs for you which is an absolute rip off and disgusting particularly when i had just spent over £1700 with them. I declined the offer as able to do it myself with my lad but what about the elderly and vulnerable who cant ? This needs to be re thinked by the company or at least reduce the cost somewhat. Overall a good experience Louis was great without being overbearing but the fee for taking it upstairs left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great customer support in-store, via telephone. Very patient and friendly staff.
However, delivery slots are too few, and Friday afternoon slots incurred a £30 charge, which I did not realise until about to pay! It would be useful to be able to have mattress protectors delivered WITH the mattresses, or posted to an alternative address, as it is not very convenient for us to collect from Ashford.

We had a lovely young sales girl who made us welcome, found out our needs, professionally guided and helped us find the right bed for us. She was a delight.

We were served by Louis in Ashford and he was very helpful but not pushy. He analysed exactly what we required from a mattress. He didn't pressure us to buy the most expensive one and once we had decided on the one we felt was best for us he explained exactly we should expect from our choice. The whole experience was very good.
