Superb service
We received great service from a very knowledgeable person. Dan was patient and helpful. I’m disabled and use a mobility scooter which often makes furniture shopping very difficult. Dan made it as easy as possible for me to get around and try out the mattresses.

Martin and the team at Basildon are amazing. They have provided assessments for our teenage sons to see which type of bed would be most comfortable and showed us suitable beds and mattresses which were within our budget for us to consider.
The team were friendly, knowledgeable and patient and we were neither rushed nor pressured.
We placed the order online after going home to reflect on best option for us.
Having bought from here many times (and been extremely happy with every purchase), would recommend placing order in store if you can because then you know a delivery date. Online delivery date seemed to be much longer.

I needed a new bed. My brother had used Dreams and he recommended them.
I was a bit confused when selecting which mattress would best suit me but with some help from Dan, who was very patient and understanding we got it sorted.

Great from start to finish , ordering the bed was way went into the shop at Westgate Basildon and the staff there where very helpful , also the delivery guys done an amazing job delivering the bed and setting it up for me , would highly recommend Dreams was great from start to finish
