Highly Recommended – 5-Star Service from Start to Finish!

We had a fantastic experience shopping at the Dreams Blackpool (Vicarage Lane) store. We visited twice over one weekend and received top-tier service on both days.On Friday 29th, Rose assisted us. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, giving us all the information we needed without any pressure. We returned on Saturday 30th to finalise our decision, and Mel looked after us. Mel was just as helpful and friendly as Rose, seamlessly processing our final sale for a discounted Blue Cross mattress.The communication after the sale was perfect. We were kept informed throughout the entire purchase and delivery process via text messages, emails, and phone calls.Delivery took place on Wednesday 3rd. The delivery team arrived exactly on time and were very polite, friendly, and helpful.I honestly cannot fault anyone or anything about this experience. Outstanding customer service from the in-store team to the delivery drivers. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

Very friendly team off people in dreams…

Very friendly team off people in dreams they made me fill welcome in blackpool dreams store they listened what I need for my illness gave me coffee and made me fill at home but I can't remember the lady who served me she is the one who did all the work and thank you for the surport they have shown

Always Dreams for Me

Stacey at the Blackpool branch was so helpful and knowledgeable. After trying the sleepmaster and trying out a few mattresses, I was able to choose one without any pressure and in my own time. My new mattress is being delivered next week. I would definitely recommend buying a mattress from Dreams.

We highly recommend this store and staff and delivery service.....
From start to finish nothing but 5 star treatment.....
Were allowed to potter round until we'd come to choice of several then Mel stepprd in explained benefits of each item also we tried the thing that helps to determine what type of mattress we both prefered...
We picked offered coffee while paperwork was completed with choice of delivery dates to suit.
Day before delivery text from driver and on day call 2 hours before arrival.. Totally satisfied with all

100 day mattress guarantee 💯

We bought an electric bed in January with Tempur mattresses with the 100 day comfort guarantee.
Today ive arranged to change 1 to a firm. The experience with Dreams Blackpool (Rose) and only custome services was helpful and efficient. I even got money back vouchers as the mattresses had gone down in price. Amazing service thank you 😊

From first walking into the store to the delivery of my new bed everything was faultless.
The store experience was friendly, very informative and helpful.
The delivery process was seamless.
Full coms before their arrival.

Excellent experience

The ladies in the shop when I bought the bed were brilliant.
On delivery day I was kept up to date, it arrived on time and the gentleman delivering were brilliant. They worse shoe covers in the house, were respectful, and built the bed as Intended.
Excellent experience all round, would definitely recommend
