Pleasant sales experience at Bournemouth store
The staff in the Bournemouth store where warm and friendly without overwhelming and going for a quick sale. Information and advice was clear. Enough beds to narrow down what we wanted and where happy with the purchase. Their Tempur mattress was £1 more expensive than the place next door but we got free pillows.
The delivery was above and beyond, insistent on using shoe covers and taking the further into the house when was technical required of them.

My experience at Dreams Bournemouth was absolutely brilliant. Steve was not only pleasant, welcoming & patient but gave me excellent advice on choosing the correct Tempur pillows for my needs. He made the shopping experience a pleasure and i will certainly recommend and be back in the future.

When things go wrong its how you deal with it that matters
Ordered a bed base & mattress, sales & delivery service and communication was brilliant but when delivered part of the base was damaged and item was no longer in production. Customer service sourced us a replacement section from another warehouse and delivery organised swiftly within the week. No problems, no delays, no fobbing off just really helpful and well communicated support. Now sleeping peacfully in my new bed!
