Yes pricey to recycle old bed, and build new one but you don’t have to use these services, for me the cost of this was worth the zero stress of the swap from old to new :)

Downton Bed & posturepedic mattress
The delivery ran smoothly, men wore carpet shoes & very polite. Bed was installed v quickly & is v sturdy. All good..took 45minutes!!

Pleasant sales experience at Bournemouth store
The staff in the Bournemouth store where warm and friendly without overwhelming and going for a quick sale. Information and advice was clear. Enough beds to narrow down what we wanted and where happy with the purchase. Their Tempur mattress was £1 more expensive than the place next door but we got free pillows.
The delivery was above and beyond, insistent on using shoe covers and taking the further into the house when was technical required of them.

My experience at Dreams Bournemouth was absolutely brilliant. Steve was not only pleasant, welcoming & patient but gave me excellent advice on choosing the correct Tempur pillows for my needs. He made the shopping experience a pleasure and i will certainly recommend and be back in the future.
