When things go wrong its how you deal with it that matters
Ordered a bed base & mattress, sales & delivery service and communication was brilliant but when delivered part of the base was damaged and item was no longer in production. Customer service sourced us a replacement section from another warehouse and delivery organised swiftly within the week. No problems, no delays, no fobbing off just really helpful and well communicated support. Now sleeping peacfully in my new bed!

Excellent,,,, no stress from purchase to delivery,,,only reason for 4 stars is the mattress was slightly squashed on one side,, and I was a bit concerned about it shape,, I let is settle for over 5 hours,,,,
I still think theirs a bit of a indent,,, but willing to see how it holds up,,, I did email dreams but no reply,,, so I guess I sent it to a non reply email or they haven’t got back to me,, but hey ho,,,

Choosing a Mattesss
We were greeted at the door of the store and asked what we needed. We were then offered the chance of a sleepmatch. This was a good experience, ending with a massage. We were then shown the mattresses that would possibly suit us. We then had the chance to lie on each bed and we were offered a cup of tea. We found one which we liked and bought it and the whole experience was easy and we felt valued. We were highly satisfied. Thank you
