Cheap and inferior Products, Specially Dreams OWN brand, as for the staff, Not a good experience.
Most Certainly Would NOT go back to Dreams again.

I was welcomed to the store. The advisor was very pleasant and very very knowledgeable. I was offered the sleep match experience and was highly impressed.
From there I tried the mattresses that were recommended for me and came back again to make a purchase. A highly satisfying experience. Would highly recommend! Did not feel pressured at any time to buy anything.

Great company. Great staff in store. So helpful and knowledgeable.
Great delivery team taking care with my newly painted walls.
Great communication from delivery team.
So pleased to spend extra getting mattresses delivered to the bedrooms.

Patrice was the absolute best , he greeted us nicely and told us about the best mattresses. We spent about an hour there just chatting to him as he was so nice and welcoming , thanks Patrice.

The bed was a little firm for the first week, but we have got used to it now, definitely helps me sleep a lot better than my previous mattress. The pillows that came as part of the bundle I did not manage to get on with, the ones we tried in the shop were perfect but the ones than came with the mattress were to hard for me so have reverted back to my old pillows. In summary the mattress is great the sales person in dreams Bracknell was first class along with the delivery. Maybe I will go and check out some different pillows to see if I can find something more suited to me and my wife.

Very happy that I ordered our new mattress from Dreams. Getting the right one was pretty easy with the help of the Bracknell staff and then the delivery service was excellent.

Buying a bed is a big thing! Choosing was difficult as the range is huge, but the staff were really helpful and before long I’d placed the order.
Delivery and assembly guys were great, polite and quick.
And then it was time for bed! Fantastic!

Went to the bracknell store this morning to buy a matress and bed frame, excellent customer service by louis and the lovely lady, cant remember her name, do apologise, even had a coffee made for me and my husband, had a lovely bed test to see what mattress was perfect for us, I changed my mind and only bought the mattress but will come back in a month's time to get the bed frame, pillows etc, can not fault dreams in any way, will tell friends and family to come to dreams for the excellent customer service and friendly staff, give them 10 out of 10.

It is many years since we bought a mattress and the service at Dreams in Bracknell was so very good and reassuring. We did the mattress machine assessment (techie term!!!!), tried out a number of recommended mattresses for zone support etc. and bought one which we did not think we would and the service was brilliant.

The Bracknell store has one of the best, most knowledgeable staff in there. Alex was amazing! Great value matress and fabulous service. Felt very confident in our purchase

Good experience all round delivery also very good respected our home by wearing appropriate protective clothing.

This was my second visit to the Bracknell store in 4 days! I came to order another mattress for a spare room, this was my second order at this store and with your sales colleague Alex. I had a great experience again, I was able to try out the range of Tempur mattress I was interested in within my budget. We went through my order line by line, got a quick delivery date on the schedule and was looked after by Alex and his team, all my requirements were understood, again an excellent service here which is why I came back so quick! And wait for it, I'm placing a third order aswell! Dreams are doing really out of me right now! Thanks Bracknell store team, you make your customers feel comfortable, mattress buying cna be daunting, but it was so easy with you, thanks again Alex.

Went into Dreams Bracknell to look at buying a new bed, we were welcomed by a really lovely helpful lady Named Shirley who talked us through everything we needed to know about a bed that would suit us, we were so delighted with the 100% friendly service
We received, we went back the following day and asked to see the same member of staff so as we could order a second bed of the same style, well done Shirley.
Ps, even down to the delivery, again 100% service from Robert and Martin
When they arrived they put their overshoes on as they entered our home full respect to them, and again very polite Gentleman, well done guys.
