Dreams - Brierley Hill Reviews 

Firstly the store staff were friendly, professional, assessed my needs, listened to me, gave solid advice and didn't rush me.
The frame took longer to arrive than normal, due to difficulties outside Dreams control, and I was told this at the outset before I placed my order.
The delivery guys were also friendly, professional, considerate and clearly advised me as to when they would arrive.
My bed is so very comfortable. I look forward to bedtime. The frame is adorable and utterly 'me'. I would definitely recommend Dreams.

Excellent service the staff at the Brierley Hill branch spent so much time to get the correct mattress and bed frame for me we had a cuppa as well. Guys who delivered the bed did as they said and rang when on way nice and pleasant guys.
I can honestly highly recommend all that we saw so much so my husband needs a new mattress so will be back again soon.

Just love my new bed well worth the money

Very easy process, friendly, helpful and informative staff.

The guys turned up way earlier than expected to assemble the bed, even helped move some stuff. The bed is lovely and comfortable and looks great. No complaints so far

Very welcoming when we walked through the door. Got offered a free drink straight away. Female assistant directed us straight to the beds we were interested in, supplied us with pillows and never tried the hard sell with us. Also let us spend as much time as we needed to make a choice. Just checking up on us occasionally, so as not to put us under pressure.

The Manager Abs was very helpful and explained all our questions ...very highley recomended ..great service

I don't normally write reviews, but I want to share my great experience and excellent customer service delivered by Dreams, Brierley Hill, and especially Abby, our lovely Dreams assistant, made buying a new Bed so easy, Well done Abby and Dreams.

Looked after very well at the store from start to finish! Well informed staff member helped us along the way. Our choice of bed and base turned out to be perfect for us, giving us a great nights sleep! Delivery team were great too!

I now have a great mattress. It was delivered without any fuss. The old mattress was taken away, I had to pay for that but well worth it. The purchasing was easy and the staff were very helpful. I was given a cup of tea. The whole experience from start to finish was quite pleasant. I don't need another mattress, but if I did I wouldn't go anywhere else. Top marks.

The assistant we dealt with in the Dreams Store was very helpful and the young delivery driver was also helpful and very polite. This wasn't the first time of dealing with the Dreams Store and hopefully not the last

Punctual professional

I bought a very expensive bed from Dreams. After 4 weeks my £2000 mattress developed a huge dip in the middle. The inspector said it was very bad. I went to choose another mattress. Had to buy a more expensive one as no refunds are given only in vouchers. I’m 71. When am I going to use vouchers!!! Then to add insult to injury the email receipt for the extra payment said it was for a “comfort” exchange which I assume means I asked to change it!!! Not good service. My first complaint email was ignored. I’ve since sent another and so far no reply to that either. Not a happy customer.

I found Dreams a really good company to deal with. I think the idea of the trial bed to test the type of mattress to suit your body a brilliant idea. I enjoyed the fact you could spend as much time as you like trying different mattresses. There was no pressure selling. The delivery went to plan and removal of our old mattress. No complaints
