Didn’t have a clue what type of mattress I was after, but after using the bed machine, it found the perfect mattress. Store staff are really pleasant and helpful. Found the perfect mattress and I’m thrilled with the overall experience. Would highly recommend.

I had a lovely experience ordering a new bed from dreams. The sleep assessor was really good - I’ve never really known what sort of mattress to choose so having that as a starting point was really useful. The sales assistant then recommend several to try and I could select the best one. There was a good choice of frames and colours and I was really happy with the one I chose, I felt very informed and it was great to see the images of the different colour choices. I was able to access what I wanted and in a good time frame.

The staff at the store were incredibly helpful and approachable. The delivery staff were also really friendly. I had no issues at any step of the process

I tried the sleep match…Lorraine was fantastic when I bought my mattress that suited my budget ..She was very patient, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Great delivery staff, they were so polite and helpful. They also had their own shoe covers, which they wore. They checked that everything was ok with the bed, and went through how to safely lift it (it's an ottoman bed).

Kind, professional and friendly staff.

We called into the Bury branch to enquire about a mattress. We were approached by an agent( Lorraine) and was asked about our preferences for sleeping and was shown several alternatives, from soft to firm mattresses. We were offered pillows to try the beds out, drinks of tea, coffee or water and given full descriptions of all the mattresses we tried. We believe we have got a great deal and was treated more like a friend than a customer. 100% recommended, the branch of Dreams in Bury.

Dreams Bury. the service was great from start to finish was offered the sleep match machine after telling Adam what I was looking for and then offered plenty of choices and not rushed to make a decision. I’m now looking forward to my new mattress. Thank you

Visited the Bury store today and Lorraine served me and my partner — she was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

We used the Dream Bed Match maker and had our perfect mattress matched to us. Lorraine took the time to show us lots of different beds and mattresses, and although we were quite indecisive, she stayed so patient and helpful throughout.

What we really appreciated was that she wasn’t trying to push us towards the most expensive option, just the one that genuinely suited our needs best. We finally found the perfect mattress for us and ended up ordering it along with 2 tempur / nasa pillows!

The store was spacious and welcoming. The sales woman was attentive and really listened to what I needed. By the end of my visit I wanted to keep her as a friend! In the end I purchased a mattress, which was a very good deal in a sale, but I didn't buy a bed as I wanted a plain wooden one not an upholstered one. The mattress arrived on time and the delivery men were very nice. All in all a good experience, I can recommend the Bury store.
