Genuinely a fantastic experience and big thanks to cannock dreams who have been amazing. Everything promised was delivered; date , time and bed quality is superb. Would 100% recommend and monitor website for deals and dreams honour this before finance arranged thanks dreams we are really happy

Ordering and delivery were superb thanks to the staff. When I walked in the showroom Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to choose the bed and mattress I wanted. I was constantly updated about my order by the Dreams team up to delivery. The delivery and fitting of the bed was excellent and I was informed of what I needed to do to keep the mattress in good order.

From start to finish Dreams service was excellent.
Everyone from sales to delivery staff were superb. Thank you. Pleasure to do business with Dreams as always.

Stephen and Will the delivery drivers from Dreams Cannock delivered our king size bed today.They were quick,efficient and friendly.They let me know what was happening and were with us at the time allocated.They took our old bed being respectful of our carpet etc.Very satisfied

Staff paid great attention to us and took time to listen. They explained the different types of mattress, used a machine to check the softness/firmness we needed and quoted the prices. We were pleased with the purchase and are sleeping so much more comfortably than on the old mattress! They also arranged to recycle that.

Very professional arrived on time and assembled quickly, cleaned up everything so no mess,

It was excellent from start to finish.the delivery was quick by two men very polite nothing too much trouble. Can highly recommend shopping at dreams cannock.

The sales team was helpful thay made us a cup of tea after trying most of the beds in the showroom we finly picked the bed

I was not pounced on when walking into the store. I was gently approached by the salesman who did the test to confirm which mattress would be suitable for me. He then pointed out the mattresses which matched my requirements. I actually work for a competitor and had every intention of getting the spec., and ordering from my place of work, however due to the fantastic service from Gary, I decided to purchase from you. Lovely atmosphere in the store, hope everything is OK with my delivery now.

Everything was good at the shop ,the delivery men where clumsy knocked the television over luckily only scratched it and broke an ornament the bed and mattress are great 👍

Computerised bed not working so we will never know if we have the bed it would have recommended. The staff were very helpful

Staff were attentive and helpful and listened to our preference. Also indicated a special offer which we took advantage of.

The bed is lovely, my son really happy with it. Lads were great who put it together. Would of given 5 stars but it was damage don arrival so new part had to be ordered. Bit inconvenient

What a fantastic experience we had in Dreams of Cannock today !
We were met by Tammy & Paul who both gave us a very warm and hearty welcome . My Mother in law was wanting a new mattress so Tammy duly gave her the most wonderful customer experience.Not only
knowledgeable she connected with her straight way...Kind, considerate , patient , fun , attentive in every way ! We were all asked if we wanted a drink , Paul very kindly stopped what he was doing and went to buy some coffee . The Sleep match was superb , beds were tried and tested with the relevant pillow and a mattress & pillow were purchased! A very happy Mother in law thanks to Tammy . She is a super star , an absolutely fantastic ambassador for the company ! Well done Tammy & Paul for looking after us all so well 😊
