Disgusting dogs in shop
Went in today to have a browse. There was a lady with a dog. The dog tried to jump on the beds. Absolutely disgusting.
Male member of staff was extremely unhelpful.

The sales assistant suggested we use the Dreams sleep match mattress to identify the best options for us. This reduced browsing time and we found the perfect mattress for us. Arrival was exactly as booked and the mattress has been a wonderful purchase

Brilliant Customer Service
Looking for a mattress has never been such an enjoyable experience! Dan was attentive without being pushy and him and his colleague helped us find the perfect mattress for us. There was absolutely nothing else they could've done differently.
Their service met our needs completely and made us feel that they truly wanted the best for us. We found the perfect mattress and nothing was ever too much trouble for them!

Rhys in Cardiff was amazing
Rhys in Cardiff was amazing . He knew all about the type of bed I wanted , the type of mattress etc . I purchased the bed in anticipation of moving into my new flat within 3-4 months . Unfortunately this didn’t happen ! Rhys worked with me and helped me to arrange my delivery at a later date ! So very grateful to hun & Andrea for their care & understanding at a difficult & stressful time for me ! My daughter accepted delivery of the bed & was there for it to be sssembled . She said the delivery men were prompt , polite & friendly ! Well done Dreams Cardiff ! Very happy customer

Brilliant Service WOW!!!!!
So easy to purchase online. Small items arrived first, within the week. Delivered the bed and mattress on time, WOW!!!! Organised for delivery people to take old bed and build the new bed, they were very quick, put the bed where I asked. Extremely helpful and friendly. Very tidy, with one taking off their shoes and the other putting covers over their shoes. When they left there was no mess left behind. What a wonderful service. Keep the excellent work up. I will DEFINITELY be using this service again.

Visited the newport road store today…
Visited the newport road store today needing a new matterus. We were greeted by ANDREA , who was lovely , she was very friendly talked us through the process of using the machine to find out what firmness we needed. She showed us a good selection of matterus which we tried and eventually found our new one. Andrea was never pushy or over bearing , was an all round pleasant and un complicated process .
