Very helpful over the phone when I rang to make enquires about getting a mattress for my 100 year old mother. Rang back next day and ordered over the phone - very helpful and positive.

We worked with Mo and Charlotte to find a bed that was perfect for us. We are a couple with mobility issues. We have slept separately for a number of years now due to not having the appropriate bed, but these ladies were extremely accommodating in finding what we needed and prioritised us as individuals first and foremost.
We cannot wait to get our new bed (and bedside tables and bedding box)
I know that we will be very well taken care of following the interactions we had today, and will 100% be recommending them next time.
We used the sleep match machine too, and it was fantastic!

We went to Dreams to purchase a new mattress and we tried out their Sleepmatch bed which recommends what type of mattress may suit you

The staff were extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable and helped is with our purchase which was one of the recommendations

We have had the mattress for a month now and we are very happy with our purchase and sleeping better as a result

Just been to dreams and bought a New Mattress !(did go to bensons for beds before this store and weren’t even acknowledged..there loss ) what a lovely welcome into store by Olivia she was an absolute dream (excuse the punt ) she introduced us to the bed that helps you choose the right mattress and from there were a selection of options that she kindly offered ,we were offered a lovely latte and a peaceful walk around the showroom with plenty of time and space to choose . No hard sell and lovely pillows to test out along the way . BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD !! Well done and Thankyou for helping to choose our new mattress .

Excellent service start to finish very helpful staff who gave us all the time we needed to make decisions whilst giving us all the technical information we asked for about the bed we were buying. Delivery excellent as well would highly recommend.
