The advisor was really patient as I was buying a bed for my severely autistic bro. I got the support that I needed without having to chase down someone, and they were helpful and friendly. I am super happy with the purchase.

Our bed is amazing, and it’s all thanks to Jo the kind, patient, and professional manager at the Dreams Catford branch. We visited other stores, but he was by far the most helpful and didn’t mind at all that we weren’t sure exactly which bed we needed. In the end, he found us the perfect bed and arranged everything for a smooth and speedy delivery. I’ve recommended Jo at the Dreams Catford branch to all our friends and family!

Had such a good experience at Catford Dreams a few months ago I returned to buy a mattress. .Kezie-Ann served me today, she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my 5000 questions and indecisiveness, I didn’t feel rushed at all.
Would definitely recommend this store.

The staff member was great and very helpful, the only problem is I have to wait 17 days for delivery and not the 7-10 days promised by another staff member on a previous visit. Just have to wait for my new bed!

Friendly, efficient and knowledgable staff. Listened to what we wanted and showed us the mattresses that met our brief. Went through the options and extras but with no ‘hard sell’.

My brother who is disabled had to repurchase a mattress due to a mess that DFS would not help him out with considering he spent nearly £2,500 with them..
The service and help, care and kindness and attention my brother was shown by Dreams was second to none, the absolute best. A massive massive thanks truly to Dreams for a wonderful experience that restored my faith on behalf of my brother in humanity.

Prior to entering the store, I was a little nervous, as I had never previously chosen a brand new mattress for myself, however Kirsty the customer assistant made it so much more simple to help me make up my mind by explaining what were the key factors that made the real difference in my comfort needs, according to how I felt laying on the various mattresses.

She made me feel very at home during my visit and did not rush, badger or coax me into making a decision, recognising that choosing a bed isn’t just down to a matter of whether it was springy or firm enough.

I don’t know of any other bed/mattress shops, but Dreams have a computerised mattress machine which after programming in a few variables, you lay on the bed, change positions and it calculates the ideal type of mattress you and it is extremely accurate. Between it and Kirsty’s most helpful assistance, it took any complication or anx out of my experience.

The staff at Dreams Catford was welcoming not pushy, he was able to answer my questions made suggestions, as well as telling me of the mattress that was currently discontinued.
I was kept up to date on delivery time and date, delivery men were very helpful in placing my mattress in the hallway.
I am looking for a 4ft bed and mattress and I’ll use the company again if the price is right.

Manager was very helpful and l was able to choose the right bed and mattress which my family are happy with. l even had to chanel ge the colour if the bed and it was done with no problem. Items were delivered on scheduled date. Thank you
