Sleep tight

Nina spent time with us first taking measurements on the 'test bed' and then letting us try out the various beds that matched our requirements. At the end we chose a Tempur mattress and we are pleased with the choice. It is comfortable and cool in these hot nights.

High quality service.

We went in knowing what we wanted told the salesman who quickly sorted it for us and gave us a nice discount too.
Very polite, helpful and no hard sell.
Good all round experience and we are delighted with the two divans and mattresses that we purchased.
Equally excellent were the delivery people - efficient, helpful and kept us informed.

Very comfortable mattress

Took time to make sure you are making the right choices I wasn't happy with the mattress at first it took 2 weeks to find it very comfortable but I'm very happy with the purchase

Everything was easy and stress free

Everything was easy and stress free.
Very knowledgeable staff giving us the best advice.
Delivery was on a day to suit us.
Communication was good giving us a 2 hour time slot the day before.
Bed arrived in the time stated, poiite and friendly drivers. Quick and efficient at erecting the bed. Explained it all too us.

99% perfect

It would be mean to deduct a star for such a small issue but when you spend £9k on a bed you would think that a remote holder for each side of the bed when there are two remotes would be a reasonable provision. Having only one doesn’t make sense and is a trivial expense compared to the price paid.

Excellent service from Nina and the Team

Excellent service from Nina, one of the bed experts, at the Derby Store. Nina spent time explaining the options available, listening to our requirements, made suggestions and most importantly Nina listened to us. Nina priced up several options and we nipped to a local coffee shop to discuss in private. We returned to the store 30m later to go ahead with the purchase. An easy process with clear a explanation of the payment options. The delivery date was agreed before we left the store. Everything went according to plan with delivery, removal of our old bed and the building of our new bed. The whole process has been absolutely faultless.
We've now had the bed a few weeks and could not be happier. It's well worth the couple of hours out of a Saturday afternoon to make sure we bought the right bed.
