Everyone i have had do deal with were vert helpful. The only other comment is how long do the batteries last in the device, as mine seem to have run out already, and, because of a condition in my hands I cannot open the device to change the old batteries.

Reliable and efficient service. Arrived on time. Pleasant and professional team. Would highly recommend and will buy from them in future.

Sales person Fiona was excellent, a credit to your organisation. Welcoming pleasant nothing was a bother to her.

Dreams made it easy to find the right bed. The assistant was polite and helpful. No heavy must buy attention but the opposite, just helpful.

Great staff amazing help and knowledgeable about recommending what's good for you.. delivery service was amazing cannot fault.. the guys were quick and even went as far as to put my mattress onto the bed for me which they didn't have to do.. even had a good chat which was lovely as not alot of people are willing.. honestly cant fault at all and the bed is amazing I love it

The Staff were fantastic and very knowledgeable. For me as a customer if you enter a sales environment and your allowed to just browse before any sales talk that brilliant.

It should have been stayed at the time of purchase that you had put the bed together with the price you pay for this should have been free and put up by the delivery men

We purchased a Super king bed at the store in Dumfries.Scott served us could not have been more competent in that his product knowledge, courtesy and attentiveness was beyond good ! We left happy in the knowledge we had made an excellent purchase.

A great investment.The first time we had gone to the store we found the staff was very friendly and very polite and helpful.There were other customers in the store but he managed to ensure we were all being treated well and receiving his attention without being overbearing or neglectful. He allowed as plenty of time to choose the mattress that we wanted and allowed us the opportunity to take our time trying the different styles until we agreed the one we chose.

Faultless from start to finish. Paul, our sales person was in the Dumfries store covering and he was fabulous. Personable, knowledgeable, very understanding of the fact we were making a big purchase and gave us all the time we needed. We had our bed delivered and assembled as it has a TV and surround sound ..the guys were wonderful. Called in advance to let us know where they were and how long they would be. In and out in an hour... pleasant and polite and did a great job.

The team was friendly, knowlegeable and guided us without missing a beat.
