An absolutely spectacular experience with Matt. He was super patient with us and guided through a number of mattresses until we found the one that was most ideal for us. A lovely man and and a great asset to Dreams!

Harry was absolutely brilliant! Me and my partner walked into dreams not knowing we was going to buy a bed and he helped us so much through the whole process, very professional! Helped us pick the right bed and frame for us was very patient with us too. Very very helpful!

Elliott was very good with us and answered all our questions. So we decided to go back the next day to place the order. He went the extra mile and explained all the order process and the delivery time was shorter than expected.

He showed us potential mattresses based on the dreams analysis machine and located them for us in the showroom so we did not have to wander around the whole store. He also highlighted other alternatives too in our price bracket. Ordering was easy and we were given a delivery date whilst in store. Looking forward to getting our new mattress

Helpful staff who coped with a change of strategy

I bought the mattress recommended after using the sleep analyser. It wasn’t the mattress I had intended to buy but I am very pleased with the end result! The assistant was very helpful & patient while I dithered around & the delivery was timely & efficient.

My husband and I had decided we needed a new mattress, and Matt from the Eastbourne branch, was happy to guide us. He suggested we use the sleep match machine, which selected 6 mattresses to choose from. He discussed pros and cons of each mattress. After returning the next day we ordered the Dream Team Gold Rochester 3200 Pocket Memory Mattress. We've experienced 10 nights of blissful sleep. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery service was excellent. Highly recommend.

We expected a matress costing this much, this heavy and sold to seniors, would be delivered upstairs to the bedroom. It was not. This was evidently an additional cost service not included in our sale. The bed delivered appears to be substancially different in firmness, consistancy and comfort. There is a hard ridge now the centre, one side feel firmer than the other but niether as firm as the showroom beds of similar firmness rating. In hot weather sheets and protector sheets slide off the bed.

Loveeeee my new bed! Yes it was expensive, yes the mattress was expensive, but in order to get a really really decent bed for the first time in my life, I knew I needed to spend a bit of money! And I do not regret my purchase, one bit! The guys came and assembled it for us, took them about an hour, it was honestly fantastic. And we only had to wait a couple of weeks for the bed to be delivered!
