what a GREAT service i received from dreams, my order was delivered and a slight fault was spotted (after installers were gone) phoned up customer sevices and a replacement arrived three days later the installers were helpful and polite, highly recommend shopping at dreams TONY

The sales person was very knowledgeable regarding the products. He listened to what I was looking for then gave me his professional advice. The advice and product, 4 feet Small Double, is excellent. The only downside is the company do not stock fitted sheets for this product and trying to purchase them is very difficult as it appears shops like M&S have no stock most of the time.

I went to their store with the intent on buying a new mattress. The test for which mattress was needed proved that I was about to buy the wrong mattress again. I believed I needed a softer mattress and the machine concluded that a firmer mattress was needed. Lots of choice in store and although I spent more than I was planning, the reality is that it was money well spent as the sleep I get from it now is better than I'd imagined.

Great experience buying the product and that has been replicated in my experience of the mattress I purchased. I am getting the best sleep since it was delivered.

It took me a couple of nights to adjust to a new mattress, but now I can't wait to go to bed ,it is so comfortable

Sam, the salesman, was so friendly and helpful. He gave me outstanding service. The bed was delivered and installed withouth any delay or difficulty. Very pleased all round.

Sleep match bed machine was a revelation. Gave us a positive option to deal with the difference in weight and hopefully avoid the sloping mattress syndrome.

One little issue I faced was accessing the full receipt for our product as some of the payment we made was via phone and I had to make couple of phone calls to get that resolved. Surely, this can be improved

I went shopping with my deaf brother who also has language difficulties for a bed. Rob at Dreams could not have been more helpful at finding the right bed and helping my brother to decide on headboards, colours etc. The delivery 5 weeks later was seamless, the old bed was removed and the new bed constructed with efficiency and ease. My brother is delighted with his new bed.

Dreams has probably provided the best customer service I have ever received. I had a problem with my bed which was ongoing for quite a few months, and they kept helping me until we got to a solution I was happy with. From the initial sales person in the Eastleigh branch, to the ladies who called me in customer service, through to the guys that turned up to provide exchanges/advice etc, the service has been outstanding. I am now recommending Dreams to all my friends, because unfortunately these days finding companies that actually go out their way for the customer, seems non existent.
