I would like to highly recommend Manager George and his team at Dreams. No pushy sales tactics here - just great service and product knowledge. This whole team made bed shopping fun and so it was easy to choose a bed and mattress without feeling pressurised or overwhelmed. I got the tempur pro plus and bed frame and can’t wait for it to arrive!

A great service from start to end. From going into the store, the staff were extremely helpful and the process was straightforward. On the day of delivery they called ahead and delivered before the scheduled time & the service was superb.

There were a couple of issues with the delivery of my bed and mattress, these were MY problems and NOTHING at all to do with the service I received from Dreams which was excellent. The team at the Edinburgh Seafield store, George and especially Godfrey, dealt with the issues I had in a very friendly, understanding, polite and efficient manner... I've now taken delivery of the bed and mattress and it's exactly what I wanted. I have no absolutely hesitation recommending the Dreams Seafield warehouse.
