Bed is great so far! Hard to belief how much extra room a king mattress gives you! Much better prices than anywhere else!!

From the time the guys arrived at door and took it upstairs to the moment we lay in it had a great sleep and loved it

We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. The salesperson Ashley certainly knew his products. At first when greeted on arrival you think “ Here we go “ but he made my wife and I feel at ease and allowed us our own time to browse. We were a little reluctant to try out the sleepmatch machine but when offered we found it very useful for our thought process in purchasing a replacement mattress for our bed. We were even given a couple of Tempur pillows to try out which were just amazing especially as I myself suffer from a sore neck most mornings, therefore I’m hoping these will help to elevate that problem along with our lovely new Tempur mattress. Though not cheap once Ashley threw in a couple of goodies ( pillows, mattress cover and a cooling duvet ) we sat down with a free cup of coffee and negotiated the price. Taking everything on board my wife and I decided that at our age and perhaps a few pounds over our budget it was money well spent on a product which hopefully will last us a very long time and have many a good nights sleep. I am generally uncomfortable with salespeople but Ashley certainly knows and believes in his product and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mattress technology and it was this factor that swayed us to make our recent purchase from Dreams bedding.

Bought a sofa bed and recently a bed and mattress for our new home. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, giving us the advice, space and time to come to a decision then helped us get the most value out of our purchase. Highly recommend

We are very happy with our new mattress. The staff in Dreams were helpful and offered good advice.

I am generally happy with the Tempur mattress I ordered and its delivery most people think that I paid a huge amount for it. The total price including removal of the old mattress, two free pillows and a mattress protector was over 2 grand. That said I actually like the sleep experience now and I usually wake up refreshed. At one point I thought they wouldn’t be able to get it up the narrow staircase and it was a struggle but I am glad to say it went up.

In the showroom we were listened to and advised carefully on what we wanted. The mattress we chose was on special offer so was excellent value for money. Delivery arrangements were clear and kept to. We were called on the day by the driver to advise they were on time. Delivery was carefully and professionally done. The team were friendly and made sure we had all the information we might want before taking away our old mattress. Excellent service all round.

Ben looked after us very well indeed. We bought a bed from Ben in January, so when we needed a bed settee recently, we went straight to Dreams and were very pleased to be looked after by Ben again. We also purchased a mattress topper. Ben is an excellent employee and is a real asset to your company. We are very satisfied with all three of our purchases.

Sarah and her colleagues at Dreams, Straiton, Edinburgh were excellent. Sarah was professional, friendly and made us feel relaxed. She even remembered us from our browsing visit the week prior. Our Haze sofa bed isn’t due for a couple of weeks therefore can’t comment on the delivery / assembly as yet but the purchasing process was made very easy and with confidence by Sarah. Oh and not to mention our FREE coverless duvet too! Excellent.

Dreams do come true, I already knew I wanted an adjustable bed when I went to the Straiton store in September. The staff there made sure I tried every option available for my budget. The sleep motion 400i bed frame and the Seally mattress have exceeded my expectations. With 3 adjustable support areas and integrated massage features I’m in heaven. The guys who came to build it up were fantastic too. They removed all the packaging and made sure I knew how to work the wireless remote before they left. This is my second adjustable bed from Dreams. The first a200i bed frame was bought 3 years ago for another bedroom and still exceeds our expectations. Thank you Dreams of Straiton
